  Amazing place to stay

  Amazing place to stay. The apartment is quite big, clean and modern. However the bed is totally not comfortable. Overall we were happy with everything. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely would stay here again.

  Fantástico. Muy recomendable

  Ubicación excelente. Para acceder a los apartamentos se necesita una clave. No hay recepción física, solo teléfono. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y cómodos. La cocina está completamente equipada. La wifi funciona correctamente. Muy limpio. Muy recomendable. Volvería.

  Amazing Apartment, Great location

  We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need, all kitchen appliances you need. Rooms very spacious, modern, clean and very nicely designed, beds comfortable. Free wifi, cable TV, free complimentary food gift on arrival. The virtual Receptionists were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

  Lousy customer service but property is great

  Stayed here for a week with my 2 young kids and the property is great. Superb location near El Corte Ingles/ San Sebastio metro station which made it extremely convenient to pick up diapers/dinner/milk etc and also as a general stop to get a taxi/uber. There is also an organic supermarket directly opposite to the property where you can pick up water and other necessities, it is closed on sundays though but they even sell baby products which was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 levels, it was clean, air con was functional, water pressure was great and general cleanliness was good, it was also quiet even though we were facing a construction site. The beds were comfortable and smelled very clean (this is super important for me personally). However there was a problem with a leaking sink in one of our 2 bathrooms and the floor was constantly wet. Hopefully they fixed it. The only real problem was with the virtual reception which sucked. They were non responsive and I only received the door codes a few hours before my flight which made me really stressed out (I paid the city tax more than a month before my departure). I had to get Expedia to intervene on my behalf.

  Perfecto

  Un apartamento muy luminoso, moderno, práctico, cómodo, bien dotado de electrodomésticos, limpio y buena ubicación. La limpieza es diaria, cambio de toallas y ropa de cama correcta, las camas cómodas y silencioso para descansar, cerca del metro y del Corte Inglés. La última noche hubo vecinos incivicos que tenían una fiesta en el apartamento de al lado y algo de jaleo armaron subiendo y bajando con voces y la música. Te dan una clave para acceder, no da problemas, y si llegas antes puedes dejar las maletas en una consigna en otro edificio de la misma empresa, está como a 15 minutos andando. En conjunto un apartamento muy bueno, para volver.

  Awesome!

  What a great property! Great wifi, good location, convenient to everything. My one feedback to them: I had DND on the door one day and they tried to come in. Respect the Do not disturb, please! :) Has laundry, dishwasher, everything.

  Criminal company

  Worst experience ever. The company left me in the rain with no access to my room unless I paid 3x the city tax - knowing that it was a solo trip. I was already late for a business dinner, so I thought to deal with it later. Big mistake, the company just did not care at all. I should have called the police. Using their service is risking being trapped in "techno-bureaucratic nightmare", since everything is automated and the only employee don´t give a damn. I will never get tired of telling the story to all my business contacts and friends about the risks of criminal companies like that.
