  Beautiful shady sites

  We chose the first weekend of school holidays to camp, thinking we would miss the rains. We were wrong! Our group of 24 were rained out twice. And the kids absolutely loved it! The lovely accommodating Shelley offered us a shed to sleep in but our tents were ok so we hung in. The sites are shady, the facilities are clean, the pool is wonderful. My hot tip is to skip cooking breakfast and go to the cafe for the best bacon and egg muffin ever!

  Great Location and comfortable villas

  Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5) stayed for 3 nights in one of the 2 bedroom villas. The location is perfect and so close to the national park where we spent our days swimming in water lagoons and water falls and experiencing the beautiful surrounds. The villa was comfortable and perfect for our family and situated in an abundance of trees which felt like we were secluded in a rain forest. We loved coming home from a day of travel to cool off in the pool. The best part was the friendly people running the tourist park who were always happy for a chat and to help. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

  Loved it!!

  The Litchfield Tourist Park is a mix of camping sites and cabins in a grassy and shaded site with a pool. Our stay in Stockmans Cabin #4 hit the spot. At the end of 2 days we felt as if we had really managed to get away from it all. The cabin is very compact with not much room to manoeuvre around the bed, but very cute and self-contained. There was a microwave & fridge inside but all the cooking is done on the grill outside, so buy your supplies in Darwin before you come. Our cabin had a huge covered deck out front and we spent all our time sitting on the porch looking out across the field and watching the late afternoon thunderstorms come in. Magic!

  Excellent place to stay

  The accommodation was nice & modern. Facilities were good. The grounds were well preserved. The staff were really friendly. The service was great. The food in the cafe was delicious. Would definitely go back.

  Gorgeous place to stay, close to Darwin

  What a gorgeous paradise to stay. We had two adults, 3 teenagers in a Ringers cabin. Best cabin accommodation ever stayed in. Quality furniture and accessories and the bathroom is fantastic. Gorgeous lush, pretty gardens everywhere. Easy drive to Litchfield National Park. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended A+++
