  Lovely hotel

  Recent stay for four nights in this very decorative hotel on a busy street in Pattaya. Bedroom and beds were immaculate with the staff all very polite and helpful. Swimming pool area is good also Highly recommended

  Incompetent and Rude Front of House Staff Prevail

  I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and every time have been greeted by totally rude and impolite receptionists. I don't know if it is because I generally book through Expedia, a fact they bring to my attention each and every time or whether it is just the way they are. It is almost as if a prerequisite for the job is to have a major attitude problem! I have contacted the hotel direct and explained the better rate through Expedia but they still cannot compete, it simply beggars belief. The sad part is the location, breakfast, cleanliness, facilities, other staff and the rooms are great, it is just the reception. I have had enough and will not be staying there again!

  Great location, affordable rates and clean

  I have been staying many times at this hotel, mostly at the standard rooms. The hotel has a great location with swimming pool and a great breakfast buffet with a lot of different food until 11:00h. You are in a 20 minutes walking distance to mostly everywhere. The group taxis for THB10.are passing in front of the hotel 24 hours. The rooms are not only very affordable but they are also very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

  Good location and generally clean hotel

  Location is decent, with food stall, Thai massage shops are nearby and plenty of 7/11. Room is spacious and clean. The lobby look abit old. The Swimming pool is great. Breakfast was above average although the food seem similar over a few days. The reception staff does not seem friendly though and is only doing their job without smiling. Overall a great hotel for its price point

  Cannot fault the hotel. Good value. Most times I stay in standard room across from main hotel, but have stayed in main block in suite a few times. Cleaners are excellent. Room cleaned every day if you choose. AC good. Clean towels every day if you wish. Fridge, 2 breakfasts and 2 free bottles of water in fridge every day.
