  Not worth for the stay. Unfriendly staff

  We stayed for 1 night at Lotus Village. When we checked in, the staff did not greet us and with an unfriendly face and talked to us rudely. They insisted to keep our passport until we check out. The room was fine but i doubt with the security of the room as we couldnt double lock our room, any of the staffs who hold the second can easily access to our room. This made us felt so insecure to stay at this resort. Once again, the staffs were EXTREMELY RUDE. I do not recommend this hotel.

  Nice and clean hotel

  We likes the environment of this chalet-type hotel. The place is quiet, well maintained and clean. What you see in the pictures are what you get! The room comes with a balcony and spacious bathroom. We have tried their in-house spa. Prices are reasonable with 20% before 5pm. We have tried foot massage, Vietnamese massage and hot stone massage separately and all are awesome! There are two swimming pools, one at the hillside and one infinity pool by the seaside. We used the one at the hillside, it is spacious and clean. Breakfast options are good. We likes the noodle soup very much. The only thing that we are unhappy with is the reception insists to hold our passports until we check-out.

  Terrible

  The receptionist are not polite when we check in, insist to keep our passport until we check out, y HCM City can do it without keeping our passport n they knot? Staff make me feel unsafe when he bring us to the room, He stay inside the room for more than 10 minutes and find an excuse to checking all the cupboards, I assume that he is waiting for the tips.Staffs are very rude when we reached restaurant to have our breakfast,just because we left 20 mins for breakfast time. Couldn't believe how they rate 8.0 in agoda since their service so bad.

  Pick another place

  We only have only visit the restaurant, not the hotel. However, the staff was veey unfriendly and feelt not welcome at all. We ordered a pizza for around 230 000 VND and expected something good. The pizza was not done in the oven and was not good at all. Recommending other places to eat.

  Tranquil and lush green resort

  Nice place for a get away. We stayed in a bungalow with spacious outdoor bathroom and door opened to garden and lagoon. Decor and style closed to nature. Specially like to the beach front swimming pool.
