  worst hotel in world,,,very un co operative staff

  i visited in june 2019 in a group tour.very small rooms..UN cooperative behavior of staff..they serve you poor quality of food..they also stole few things from my room ,,they also stolen money from one of my friends room..over all bad experince..goverment should close this type of hotel who defame the name of a good country.

  Old, outdated, not recommended

  We were hoping for a decent, inviting accommodation and this hotel disappointed in ever way. Its a one star hotel, if at all. A youth hostel would be much better! TV did not work, ceiling seemed to fall down, radio didnt work, etc. Receptionist was very competent!

  Amazing Europe Trip

  Hotel Lowen is one of the best hotel for Indian as well as for foreigners. The hotel Lowen is on centre from which Mt.Titlis , Jaungfrau , interlaken, luzern , Zurich etc people can go easily with swiss pass in metro. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. The taste of food is very delicious. So many thanks for Mr. Tushar who is manager of this hotel and also thanks to Mr. Tushar shah who is owner of this hotel. Both of them very helpful , cooperative , very respectful persons. Last but not least special thanks for chef of this hotel who cooked very tasty and delicious food. Thanks a lot ...

  I recommend it

  The hotel is very food, it is on a good location, the owner is very friendly, the service stuff very kind and helpful. The lake in the town is near the hotel. Rooms are clean. I recommend this place to everyone that is visiting Switzerland.

  Amazing place to stay quiet and peaceful

  spectacular view and friendly staff. just few minutes away from lake Lungern. was there last week for a landscape photography visit. will recommend to all. thanks. its also close to Lungern train station.
