  Very bad experience from the people.

  +The room was new. -The first night there was not hot water. When we called the owner to complain she said that it was late and she couldn't do anything. The next day we had another surprise..the towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned - there is another comment in TripAdvisor with the same complain and the answer was the same like the one we received: "we clean and change the towels every 3 days". In other words if you stay 6 nights expect them to clean your room and change your towels only once (what about the toilette paper?). The next morning we complained to the owner but she was rude - she even said that a hotel would be more suitable for us. According to the Greek legislation THEY HAVE TO CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY day no matter what. When we informed the owner regarding this they replied that the legislation says many things...at the end they agreed with our "request" to clean the room every day because we are.. strange. By the way the village Metamorphosi were our accommodation was located is nothing special neither its beach. In the 7 days we stayed in Sithonia this was the worst beach (it is a pitty because almost all the other beaches were amazing).

  Great

  We had a room with a small kitchenette that has everything that you need in it. The rooms are very clean (they clean the rooms and change the towels and bedsheets every day). Each room has a nice balcony with a table, chairs and a clothes hanger (so you can dry the wet clothes). The studios are located really close to the beach (about 2-3 minutes walk), in a quiet area, right next to a big park. The owners are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place. Very good price-quality ratio. The only thing that is missing from the rooms are hairdryers.

  Superb

  Very clean, Good wifi, Amazing owners! Distance to the sea is 60 mettres, Just 2 minutes walking. At the Cafe creperie pancakes and waffles are must! All necessary Shops are nearby and the farmacy too. Centered in the Village Metamorfosi With sound proof Studios, mosquito nets, hair dryer, large Led tv and Anything You May need! We recomend Loxandra Studios for sure!

  Probably the best place to stay in Metamorfosi..

  The location is wonderful, every morning you drink your coffee (or tea) listening to the special noise the wind makes while blowing trough the pines. The place is clean, it has a separate shower, ( which is quite uncommon in this parts, ( the shower in other places is just hanging over the toilet!!!! ) there's always a smile coming from the owners and a good advice ( concerning places to eat or things to do while there) . It's a great place to stay and the price/ value ratio is super! The pastry is good, coffee and pizza too. Cheers.

  Spacious and quite clean room, but on some furniture there was dust. Friendly owners They don t have daily room- cleaning and tiding up service, and they don t supply you with bath products, so be aware. A bit pricy, and no free breakfast included in price.
