  Gran hotel

  Estuve tres días en el Hotel Madera Hollywood. La ubicación es inmejorable en la ciudad, rodeado de restaurantes, bares y tiendas de todo tipo. Los cuartos están muy equipados, limpios. La atención de la recepción fue muy buena.

  The hotel is located in Central Soho district. Great experience for a super-fast check in & check out. Room is elegant and super clean. Decoration of the room is so good. The shower room is perfect with quit a big space and we love it very much. Room cleaning staff and reception staff are very nice. I would like to recommend to my friends and family.   Good deal

  We stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. Interaction prior to arrival was meaningfully below average for a hotel such as this. Staff interaction post-arrival was hit and miss. For example, no one asked if enjoyed our stay, if we'd like late check out and getting basic amenities like hand soap should really have been given upon arrival as opposed to needing to call down, explain what we need, go down and pick it up, etc. The hotel is in a superb location. The entrance is discrete and private. Check in and check out were really fast but this is partially because there was 0 interest in us. The rooms are private, a good size, well laided out, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The snacks and items in the minibar are a nice touch. The bathroom is lovely. The bed is a good size and the bedroom is nice but not that comfortable. We got a really great deal on the price so it was very good for what we paid but had I paid full price then the overall rating of the property would have been different.

  Very spacious and clean

  The room feels very clean. Sheets smell good, bathroom is big and bright. We booked the bigger room with a kitchenette, living room and a separate bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay there. Complementary minibar , but no bottled water was provided!!!???

  Compliment for great service and nice hotel

  It was a pleasure to stay here - Hotel Madera Hollywood. (Room 2701 & 2702, 27-28 February 2021) Excellent service from arrival to departure. Me and my friends booked here at the last minutes for my friend's birthday celebration on 27 FEB 2021. Every Hotel staff member (Ethan, Selina, Kenneth and Jojo) with whom we came in contact was attentive especially Selina. She was very professional, friendly and helpful to servicing us. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was "King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel is located very close to the bar & restaturants, it is so convenient even no restaurant outlet at hotel. We had a wonderful experience in here, and I have recommended Hotel Madera Hollywood to all of my colleagues, friends and family. I would definitely come back & stay again! Thank you again for such outstanding service. I would recommend this hotel for both buisness or pleasure trips.
