  A good and decent hotel

  Centrally located, walk able distance from Kannur Railway station. Clean and neat rooms. Very spacious rooms and friendly staff. Has a restaurant in basement which serves tasty and hygene food. Can consider adding more vegetarian food option in the menu.

  Malabar Residency is 5/5 : True example of excellent hospitality!

  Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel wins your heart in a go with their pleasant staff & cleanliness. We felt very positive & valued from the start to the end. Free Wi-FI, newspaper, water bottles and toiletries make you feel at home. Rooms & bathrooms are spacious & super clean. Balcony view is another add-on. We tried food room service too, & within 20min yummy veg pakoras were served. We stayed for 4-5 days & will carry the wonderful experience forever!

  Good Hospitality

  My stay @ Hotel Malabar Residency was excellent, Especially all the staff`s are very friendly,Buffet breakfast was very tasty ,Room are near and tidy.This Hotel is very near to kannur railway station.

  Non Business like Hotel

  Rooms are large and service is just ok... clothes given for washing has come without being ironed to perfection... no food service after 10.30 pm until 7.30 am... food quality at the restaurant is just average... I fail to understand how they are going to address business travellers... and they are creating no compulsion to visit them the next time...
