  Increíble alojamiento en el PN Tsehlanyane 

  Aunque no opino sobre alojamientos en los que no he pernoctado, voy a hacer una excepción con este. Acudimos al Parque Nacional para hacer una visita de un día, y nos dirigieron al lodge para obtener información de las posibles rutas a realizar. El personal fue super atento, y nos dio toda la información necesaria sobre el parque. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, y la ubicación inmejorable. Si el bolsillo os lo permite, recomiendo el quedaros aquí, más teniendo el cuenta el nivel bajo de la mayoría de alojamientos en Lesoto. Por cierto, la visita al parque es muy recomendable si os gusta la naturaleza.

  Location is awesome. But little value for money.

  No choice for people that can't eat a 3-course meal at night. Breakfast expensive if you only eat 2 eggs and a slice of bacon. Overall, food very expensive with no choices. Lunch is ok. Wouldn't go back.

  Absolutely beautiful

  We stayed in one of the river chalets, which is very spacious (four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms) and comfortable and features a full kitchen. The views from the patio and the upstairs windows are unbelievable. A quick hike up the river revealed a lovely river pool for swimming. The river chalets are a bit separated from the rest of the lodge, but the staff was very accommodating and arranged a van to bring us home after dinner, as we didn't have a car. The views from the lodge on the mountain are also unreal; great vistas for some pre-dinner drinks. And then dinner was really delicious and the service was exceptional and so friendly. Overall it was a lovely time, and I'd highly recommend it!

  Great location but Tired

  I want to try to balance this right. I think the other reviews make it clear that although this 5 star hotel is supposed to be the best in Lesotho and may well be it is not what you would expect outside of Lesotho and more like 3/4 stars with 5 star prices. The room was interesting and we stayed in the best one, it was cosy, the fire was brilliant and the guy who set it up for us was great but it was tired and the bathroom had a terrible smell that pervaded the room. My partner would not use the shower and we only went in there when we had to, The hotel clearly knew about this and put in a deodouriser but didn't help. The staff were not unfriendly but also not what you would expect apart from our South african born waiter. The choice of food was limited to two basic choices neither of which I particularly fancied but was cooked and presented well albeit insufficient. Overall it looks like the owners have lost interest, maybe there is not a market for a really nice hotel here which is a shame because the location is gorgeous but I appreciate Lesotho is not easy to get to. Maybe tarmacking the Sani pass will help and justify the investment needed to bring it up to standard.Otherwise they should sell it and get someone in who is prepared to invest.

  Jewel in Lesotho

  We stayed at Maliba weekend before the lockdown and we are so glad that we indeed decided to go. What a beautiful jewel in Lesotho. We only experienced friendliness and helpfulness from the security guard to the personnel at the lodge. If you need time out from the rat race, then this is the place to visit!!
