  Nice apartment but very noisy!!

  We stayed for 4 nights on a city break, our first time to Palma. The apartment was perfect for what we needed, city centre location, clean and tidy with all the amenities necessary. Walking distance to everything you would need, shops/cafes/restaurants etc. The only issues were - on the advert it states balcony or terrace but our room (3B) only had Juliet balconies which were so small that you were unable to sit out. We booked on the proviso that we could have somewhere to sit outside on an evening but this was not possible so we ended up having to spend more money than planned by going out all the time. The apartment being city centre means it was incredibly noisy throughout the night (although this is no fault of the actual apartment) - we struggled to sleep and this significantly affected our experience. Church bells ringing all night, noisy bar on the street outside and some extremely noisy building work taking place somewhere nearby. We appreciated the convenience of the apartment however, all things considered we would not stay again.

  New Years in Palma

  We spent a few days around New Year at this gem of a place centrally located in Palma. The place is new and wonderful and deserves the best recommendations due the wonderful settings and the very friendly staff. The only minus is that the place does not offer breakfast. It is, however, possible to buy breakfast at the next door neighbor. We will be celebrating New Years in Palma again this year and we have already booked this place.

  Beautiful apartment in a great location

  We stayed for just 2 nights as a group of friends, but couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location was great for getting out and about to see the city, in walking distance of many great restaurants and bars etc. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful in giving us some information about the local area when we checked in. I would definitely return if coming to Palma again.

  Care needed paying for these apartments

  We stayed at a one bedroom apartment in this block and found the facilities and location very good - bed comfortable, very clean and with good kitchen stuff and just round the corner from Placa St Eulalia with nice cafes and lots of nearby restaurants. However when we paid at the start of our stay we asked to pay in Euros as we always do and as per the Booking.com info, but when we actually looked at the printed invoice we had been charged in sterling, and at a very poor rate, which cost us an extra £44 for the week (at all the local restaurants we were clearly asked which currency we wished to pay in, and the rate was much better!)

  A city break with friends

  Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Sun terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. Well equipped kitchen. Our apartment was spacious and bright with two double and one single bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Utility area.Very central for shops and restaurants. Neat the Cathedral. Would definately reccommend it to anyone. Lift to all floors with the option of stairs.
