  Fantástico para familias que tienen niños pequeños

  Acabo de regresar de los apartamentos Marlita Beach. Me pareció un lugar excelente, pero principalmente pensado para las familias. La ubicación... Está cerca de Protaras. Se puede llegar a través de un camino polvoriento y abrupto. Se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar (no es recomendable si se lleva carrito de niño). También se puede llegar en taxi, te costará unos 6. Durante nuestra estancia no vimos ningún autobús. En cuanto a la comida... Nos alojamos en régimen de media pensión. El desayuno era el mismo cada día. La cena no era nada reseñable. En cuanto al ocio... Esto era lo mejor. ¡Eran estupendos! Durante el día tenían actividades programadas, también por la noche. Estaban ideadas tanto para niños como para adultos. La playa infantil y la guardería fueron igualmente geniales. ¡Nuestros hijos estaban encantados! En cuanto al alojamiento... Estuvimos en un apartamento de la planta baja que estaba razonablemente limpio, aunque había migas cerca de la tostadora de la gente que había estado antes. La camarera venía cada día (principalmente a hacer las camas, a cambiar las toallas usadas y a vaciar las papeleras), pero nunca limpió la habitación. Playa y piscina. La piscina estaba muy limpia pero bastante fría. ¡La playa era espantosa! Nunca he visto una playa en tan mal estado. Estaba sucia, las tumbonas estaban rotas y solo tenía parasoles cuando al muchacho le apetecía colocarlos. Era además una playa rocosa, no la recomendaría para críos pequeños. Le pertenece al ayuntamiento y no al hotel. Para acabar añadiré que las vacaciones se habrían quedado en nada sin el personal de actividades de ocio y del club infantil y guardería.

  Family Holiday

  Arrived late Wednesday night October 2018, family of 8, greeted by friendly staff. Hotel basic but clean, food not so good, seemed to be very repetitive, not very warm either, maybe because its the end of the season but should still cater up to standards.

  grandparents with 3 and 6 yr olds

  Located in A42 to find that ceiling in corridor had collapsed in two places,further fall next day.Awash with water outside apt,bucket emptied but towels not removed.Apptitself was spacious and clean with fresh towels daily.Staff were good with the boys.Only entertainment was painting and half hour mini disco in evening.Other acts mediocre.lSpoke to Andy Jet 2 rep re flooding-told us it was roof fault and managed to get us a room change to A04-much better.Not 4 star by any means,badly in need of refurb .Well positioned for Protaras.20min along walkway.

  Worst hotel ever!!!

  Our stay lasted from 17/8 to 22/8/2019. We had booked a stay at Marlita Hotel but upon our arrival we were given a room at Meandros apartments which is behind Marlita in a separate block without any prior notice and trying to convince us that it is better at Meandros. In the room the air condition from the moment of our arrival smelled of strong mold and when we actually approached the mold was obvious. We immediately asked for a technician but the technician came on 19/8 to simply sprey the a/c. There were no pillow covers and we had to call reseption to bring us. The toilet basket was broken and we asked repeatedly from the first day to be replaced and by the 22/8 that we checked out the basket was still in the room broken. The solution was to cut a bag and tie the broken lid .The towel hunger in the bathroom was broken, the bathroom curtain supposed to be white but was yellow from the dirt. The room door didn't open at first,you had to put and remove the card several times until it was accepted. The baby cot they had put in the room was too dirty as it had never been cleaned. Luckily we had planned and got ours. The room was never clean after cleaning. On 20/8 after cleaning we entered the room and found the basket full of rubbish. The housekeeper knocked on the door at 14:30 to clean up at the time we were lying down and the baby was sleeping and we had to leave the room. The waiters at the restaurant were totally amateur. They cleaned the tables and as they held the dirty dishes they came and touch our baby's face . At breakfast there were never enough cups for juice and the waiters put plastic cups that peeled off each other by putting their fingers in the cups. There were 2 floors in the restaurant. One day I went upstairs to get coffee and the jug was empty. When I said it to the waiter he said "go downstairs to get there". He wasn't even offered to serve or refill the coffee. The buffet meals were very modest and there were always flies on the dishes. When ordering drinks at the restaurant they brought the receipt and every 5 minutes another waiter was checking over the table and asked if we had put the money in the glass to get it. For a/c and tv there were no remote controls and to get them you have to pay 5 euros each to get a refund upon leaving the hotel. There was no internet anywhere and you had to pay for it. You also have to pay to use the safe. It was the first time in our lives we visited a hotel and we were not happy at all. Worst "hotel" ever!!!

  Marlita Beach Hotel Apartments

  arrived early hours of the morning,booked in very quick told where rooms were shown to our apartments which were located in a far off complex we had advised tui that or party had a wheelchair user and vision impared elderly parents with our party of 4 we found that we had been given top floor rooms the lift only fitted the wheelchair in wehad to press button and run up stairs to remove my dad and his chair thought what have we booked ourselves into ????? next morning we adsvised reception of our problems was told how sorry they where and they had not been informed we were quickly offered a ground floor appartment in A block we accepted from there on we found every where was wheelchair friendly albeit some slopes were quite steep the staff in the restraunt were very helpfull ensuring we were able to get my mum and dad to a table with plenty of room for the wheelchair and always offered assitance if needed the food was a good choice always hot and very tasty lots of slow cooked meat and fish a good range of salads yes we had some problems to start with but the rest of the holiday was gooda special thanks to the assitant manger who ensured everything was ok and taking the time to talk to our party everyday thank you to all restraunt staff with their helpwe were a bit worried about so many polar opposite reviews but very glad we tried this hotel
