  Rodeado de naturaleza

  El sitio donde se encuentra éste pequeño hotel te permite estar en contacto con la naturaleza, ya que está rodeado de increíbles paisajes llenos de color, desde el hotel te ofrecen hacer senderismo, puedes elegir entre ir a la montaña o a la cascada, los cuales encuentras a sólo unos 15 minutos del lobby. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y completas, es común que veas algunos insectos fuera de tu habitación, pero es normal ya que estamos en su hábitat. En cuanto al servicio, el staff es muy atento y dispuestos a ayudar. El Internet es limitado, y sólo tienes unos cuantos mb gratis.

  Really an amazing place, the echo friendly resort leaved a lot to be desired and the natural tranquil atmosphere with most amazing view of mountains around leave your soul fulfilled. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable. The accommodation is really well equipped and comfortable. Will definitely visit again soon. Looking forward to the growth of the resort, so nice to listen to passionate staff.

  Wonderful spot

  A fantastic great value spot to unwind and re-engage with nature. The lodge is very eco friendly, the rooms are clean, pleasant, have wifi and have air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are quite a few activities that can be done....some require advanced booking. The manager Mr Marlin made me feel right at home. The food was very nice...in particular the Steaks. This is all complimented with a well stocked bar.

  Absolutely horrific staff service

  At first the receptionist wanted us to pay 300 rand more for a room than the price which was indicated online. When I showed her the price she refused and said yes but you are here now and not online, this is the price. After a long discussion finally we could book the room. Everything with every staff member seemed as we were asking too much of them. (By asking them to do their job). They advertised a menu at reception but after paying we were told it was a set menu and we had to take the three courses. Again after a long discussion we were allowed to take just one course. When being shown the room they then told us the aircon would shut off at 1 am and restart again at 7am. There was barely any warm water and the shower in the room was broken. When we finally arrived at dinner and were enjoying food and drinks the same receptionist came again to restart the argument of the room price. (After we had paid). Completely ridiculous being bothered by this again during dinner. Do not recommend this olace to anybody solely because of the service and the staff unfriendliness.

  Terrible service!!!

  Couldn't have veggies with our meals because they are cutting costs, placed meal orders but got whatever the chef felt like cooking(same meal everyday). Longest 5 days in a lodge. It was terrible. But if you take away the staff (esp. Marlin and the chefs), the place is beautiful. Wouldn't recommend the place though, can't be at a lodge and fighting over salads. Wilson was a breath of fresh air, he cares about the Lodge.
