  HOTEL EQUILIBRADA RELACIÓN PRECIO CALIDAD

  Alojamiento solo aceptable, habitación con buena cama, aunque un minusculo cuarto de baño. El desayuno está incluido en el alojamiento, pero el servicio era muy lento y ante la protesta de otro cliente la respuesta fue que se podía ir cuando quisiera.

  We booked this hotel off the back of the four in a bed tv show. It was pretty basic and the room a little dated decor wise. The bed was clean and comfortable though, the en-suite a little small with a tiny shower stall with a plastic curtain urrggh! I cant complain though because they made the effort to make us welcome with some swan towels!! The hotel is literally around the corner from the train station with trains every 15 mins to Paddington and its just a 15 min ride in. The buffet breakfast is basic but tasty, cooked breakfast is available for a small extra fee and we parked in the car park for our entire stay free of charge. A great base for accessing London very easily without hassle, and brilliant value for money.

  Fraud hotel, does not care about customers safety. STAY AWAY!!

  This hotel has no regard for personal safety of customers. I booked a room, received a confirmation email from the hotel and money was taken from my account. I messaged the hotel twice confirming details which they failed to respond to. When I turned up at the hotel, I was refused entry. This left me without a place to stay for the night but the hotel did not care. To date, OYO Mehfil has still not refunded my money.

  Restaurant

  Booked the restaurant to turn up to be told that it's all booked out even though I had a booking confirmation. There was only two people in there at the time. Staff were rude and I had to go and find somewhere else for children to eat. I have a feeling they only wanted people of there own in there. I wouldn't mind but I have stayed in the hotel quite a few times. And was a loyal customer but I won't be back to either.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  I had booked a room with them for 1 night in Sept 2020 since my friend's wedding was taking place there. Unfortunately, my friend had to cancel the wedding due to COVID, so we tried to cancel our booking with them too. Unfortunately they're unable to cancel and refund my booking, and I think that it's an absolute disgrace. They didn't even reach out to us directly to sort this out. And when we did call them directly, they referred us straight to booking.com, thus making us go back and forth between them both. And any communication we received from them was generic. I can understand if we booked 2 weeks of their hotel, but to not even work with us for a booking of one night? And to not even offer us any other alternatives? It comes off as inflexible, penny-pinching and not acting out of good faith. Avoid this hotel at all costs - they are inflexible and not willing to work anything out with you directly, especially during these difficult times. Will absolutely NOT be using them again, and DO NOT recommend them.
