  Excelente Hotel. Recomendable para viajar con la familia o amigos

  Muy buen lugar para descansar y relajarse fuera de las grandes ciudades, en medio de un campo de golf con habitaciones comodísimas y gente muy amable atendiéndote.

  Just mediocre

  Passing through and stayed here for one night. Hotel itself is older and building is dingy looking. Lady checking us in couldnt have been nicer. Rooms are fine. Nothing impressive. Seems clean enough except for the dust on the lamp shades and a large stain on one of them. Beds pretty comfortable. Would I stay here again? No. Hilton next door looks nicer and newer. Must be aware that there is a paper mill close by and the rooms reek of a sewage type smell. No fault of the hotel of course but this is a factor that would make me travel farther down the road.

  Mediocre and not covid safe

  nothing worse than walking in and the masks are under the nose. or going down at 2a and there's no mask on the front desk person nor does she put one on for me. The breakfast - i wanted to sit outside because inside is dangerous. wouldn't allow. so - i won't be back til covid is over . i find it comical the alabama dept of health is next door - but its proximity hasn't rubbed off.

  Unforgettable Experience!

  I was planning a weekend getaway and remembered seeing this property featured on a program that was played on the tvs at the Battle House Renaissance Hotel in Mobile which featured this hotel and 8 others on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Resort Collection. So I booked it and from the second I made my reservation I was received and treated with first class service. The hotel thanked me for my titanium loyalty and upgraded me to a room in the Presidential Cottage! I checked in on my phone and the mobile key was sent right away and there were also keys and my breakfast vouchers waiting for me at the desk. When I pulled up to the property I was blown away at how relaxing it looked and when I entered the cottage it was wonderful the room was large and had a great feel, large bathroom and walk-in shower as well. The grounds of the hotel are large and the cottage has a bridge to which you can walk to the hotel. In the morning I went to the main building for breakfast and it was a buffet which I havent seen in almost a year at any hotel. The hotel practices safe social distancing, mask wearing & sanitation which made me feel very comfortable with a buffet style breakfast. I was greeted and treated by such excellent and friendly service in the restaurant. I left for the day and when I returned there was a bag with fresh towels, soaps & coffee housekeeping left me which I appreciated. Words cannot say how wonderful this hotel is and the true southern hospitality that you get while a guest here. I just want to thank the team of people who made my stay here feel like I was part of family. I will definitely be back for another stay at this Marriott Hotel!

  COVID safe

  Spent the night. Impressed with checking experience. Staff masked. Bar/restaurant open until 10 pm. Breakfast available. Room clean. Beds and pillows good. A little off the beaten path but worth. Wish we could have stayed to get in a round of golf!
