  Not the best

  Our stay here was average. BREAKFAST - They offer free breakfast but its pretty bad in my opinion, they have pastries such as donuts and croissants, but some of the stuff was old and bad food. I poured a glass of milk and Im pretty sure it was spoiled so I didnt drink the rest. They had these meat salamis similar to bologna and they for sure had to be old and the bread is stale. Id just snack and get a better breakfast elsewhere. KEYS & ELEVATOR - Okay. We had a very BIG problem with the keys our first day here. No one showed us how they work and to be honest the front door is so old to know how to open that thing takes actual training. We had to have the guy come back 3 times to show us how the keys worked cause it was so complicated. Believe me, even leaving is a trick if they dont show you how so be sure to have them show you before they leave. The elevator is extremely old school. ROOM - This Place is very Airbnb style. The room was simple, nice shower and shower head. Although, we had an awful smell coming from our bathroom, it wasnt from us cause the minute we got there you can smell it. Bed is decent, and they clean when you leave. ATTENTIVENESS - They are attentive here in the morning but it can be quite much at times as I like to be to myself in the morning to get breakfast but some people may like this. No one is there after 3PM so you have to text and call which sometimes can be hard to get a hold of them.

  Short weekend stay in Rome

  This gorgeous little B&B was truly wonderful! Took a little time (and a phone call) to find, but the location was perfect for the city sightseeing I had planned. 10 minutes' walk from the Vatican and a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, the B&B is in an old Roman building, with a small cage elevator (or the stairs!). The B&B is on a busy main shopping street, but I wanted a central location, so it was fine. With the windows shut at night (the aircon worked a treat in July) the noise was honestly minimal. The apartment was clean, fresh and modern. With lockable bedrooms (en-suite bathroom), the main communal area is the breakfast space. I took breakfast there, which was unhurried, fresh and tasty. Whenever I make it back to Rome, I would stay here again without any hesitation. It's a real gem of a place. Very highly recommended - couldn't fault the stay at all, thank you!

  Great stay

  Stayed here for 3 nights and was great. Room was so fresh and modern, decorated in a simple style. Location was great, bus was 500m down the road to the airport which was perfect. Breakfast had a small selection but there was plenty to eat to start the day off in the city. Really couldnt fault the place at all for what we needed and paid. Would recommend.

  well located

  Close to vatican shops cafes and metro. Beautiful building..3rd floor B and b. Immaculate room and bathroom. Big. Simple breakfast same each day...ham cheese bread pastries yogurt cereal. Drinks. excellent value for money. Noise from road.. but not a problem for us. Air conditioning and WiFi free. Enjoyable stay. lack of coffee and tea making facilities.

  Great stay!

  Such a lovely B&B! My room was really big, with a queen sized bed that was very comfortable and clean. There was space for my suitcase without me having to walk around or squeeze past as in some hotels. I thought the decor was very minimalist, if a little character-less, but I appreciated the vibe they were aiming for. The bathroom was narrow, but had space enough and the shower was great! They didn't provide a kettle in the room but it isn't that much of a problem. The breakfast was a little sparse but it had the essentials and the coffee was good. I did mind that people put their sandwiches in the toaster with both cheese and meats, which meant that I avoided it due to allergies, but it wasn't a problem per se, and that's an issue with other guests and not the B&B! Location wise, it's very close to the Vatican and you can walk there in about 15 minutes. I didn't take any public transport during my 5 day stay which proves you can walk around no problem. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a few artisan supermarkets. And there's a great gelato place that isn't as expensive as the central ones about 5 minutes away! Get the pistachio. Can't say enough kind things about the staff, they were really helpful and friendly, and let me keep my luggage in the hall before my flight. They were really prompt with cleaning and made sure everything was restocked. I would absolutely stay here again next time I come to Rome!
