  Long stay (8 weeks.) Best service in a long time. Great price.

  I stayed on ground floor in a single king bed room. Small college sized refrigerator with tiny freezer, microwave, TV, table, 2 end tables, king sized bed, in wall AC / Heater (of which I used both features staying from august to october.) There is a Mexican restaurant (with discount) next door (20 foot walk) and a walmart across a 4 lane high way 300 feet away.) I'm tall (6'8") and the shower head was tall enough. towels and linens were changed daily. Ice machine, and vending machine on the property. (snacks and sodas). Washer and Dry for use ($2.50 ish in quarters) for guests. The rates were very reasonable. I stayed here for about 8 weeks on a business trip. The facility isn't 4 stars but you are definitely getting your money's worth and then some. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained, but the building itself does have some years on it. Most important to me was when there was a problem, no matter how small, they fixed it or took care of it right away. I had a hanging light in my room that was in my way (height wise) and after mentioning it in passing the owner simply removed it and put an electrical plate over the wiring hole in the ceiling which opened the room for me. A large portion of my company stayed for the duration (15+ rooms) and many will return if we have another project in the area (as will I.) In addition to the normal amenities They made a meeting / gathering room available to our company for a low price for our meet and greet before the job started. I had no issues with traffic noises or trains or airplanes or disruptions of sleep of any kind. The wifi was lighting fast even with 100% occupancy, and in my whole stay I had an issue with not being able to connect only once. (which was remedied quickly.) I travel all over for work and this is one of the rare places you find that makes you feel like you consistently got more than your dollars worth. If I return for another project I will be staying here. Close to the hotel is the Andover YMCA, a cool little water park / weight lifting space. This is close enough to commute to the El Dorado Holly Frontier Facility (which is where our project was located.)
