  Mejor opción cerca del aeropuerto

  Retiro gratis en aeropuerto ohare, a unos 15 minutos con poco trafico. La recepción por latinos es muy amable, la habitación es espaciosa y limpia, muy ejecutiva. El baño esta bien aunque el lavamanos esta fuera de l. No hay desayuno incluido, solo un cafe por la mañana y buen wifi, también hay maquinas que expenden bebidas y snack. Esta ciudad es bien especial (cuidado con la gente de color y policias) , poco acogedora y encontrar gente que te pregunte ... Si todo estuvo bien.. Se valora. Incluyan un pequeño desayuno !!!

  Exelente lugar para descanzar muy tranquilo y gente muy amable en especial el personal de la recepcion Cristal una exelente mujer muy Profesional en su trabajo una gran mujer carismatica alegre sin duda alguna volvere a este lugar con gente con cristal ofreciendo un exelente servio de motel muchas gracias y muchas gracias CRISTAL

  You get what you pay for

  It is an inexpensive, low budget motel and you get what you pay for. As always at the Motel 6 its no breakfast included. But thats the concept. Anyhow you can have a cup of coffee for free. The room was very simple but it was better than expected. The area around the motel is not nice but the proximity to OHare Airport is valuable. 20 minutes driving to ORD. The internet worked but it was slow.

  Substandard conditions

  It is my belief that the six in the motel name should stand for creaky and icy for the room, tiny and lumpy for the bed, sloppy for the parking lot and poorly for the wi-fi. I booked a queen size bed which it was differently not and with constant noises plus poor air circulation kept me from warm to cold. If not for the snow storm I would have went elsewhere.

  AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

  Front desk women so rude the entire visit. we were stuck in a handicap room for no apparent reason. This room did not have one drawer or a place to hang our clothes. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave. We were told we had to pay extra for a refrigerator... we said ok and asked for one to be delivered to the room, after all there is a big ugly empty cabinet in the room for a refrigerator. They did not bring a refrigerator until the next day after three calls repeatedly requesting one. However 1 minute after the refrigerator was delivered, the phone was ringing for us to come to the front desk to pay the fee to have a refrigerator. We were told the did not have a cord long enough to reach to electrical outlet so instead of putting the refrigerator in refrigerator cabinet they put it by the bathroom door. I called the front desk and requested to speak to the manager and was told she was busy and would call me back... she did not. I requested an iron and iron board to iron the clothes I have no place to hang up.... I was rudely told to come to the front desk to get it, and no iron board was available . Why do I need to come to the front desk at 11am? Isnt house keeping available...I guess not since none was provided. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and our room was not cleaned while we we were there. There are repairs needed in the bathroom as well...Bottom line poor customer service, cheap on every level....
