  Great stay!

  Great area, anything you may need is at short walking distance. Costumer service is the best,very attentive and friendly staff along with affordable prices too I would definitely come stay here whenever I'm back in town.

  Nice staff, otherwise mediocre.

  Wed been on the road for two weeks and were headed home only needing places to sleep really. Chose the Motel 6 in Missoula based on above average reviews on TA. Check in was easy and the guy behind the desk was pleasant, friendly and efficient. He did explain that due to COVID there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. I dont stay at this chain, so i thought perhaps they have pumps on the walls they had taken out? But seems like a lame excuse to not provide some 20 cent bottles of Disposible shampoo and conditioner. Regardless we had our own so we proceeded to the room. It was very small, and the bed was pathetic looking. It was small and flat with two pillows that looked like pancakes. It seemed that maybe they are also covering the blankets with plain sheets (excessivly wrinkled) that are maybe easier to wash, which made me feel a little better about their sanitation efforts but it also looked slept in and made up. I checked and the linens did appear clean. Finally we went to bed and sleep quality was fair. Up early the next morning and found only one wash cloth for a room assigned to two adults. Seems like an easy thing to fix if supervision is double checking the staff. TV was small, only one bedside table, etc. William checked us out and was very friendly and professional and even offered some insight for what i could expect up the road so that was cool. Overall it was ok for 8 hours of sleep but i wouldnt stay again.

  Not a very restful night

  The tile in the lobby looks good, but if you are in a first floor room it is incredibly noisy when people roll their luggage across it at all hours of the night. Also of you are in a connecting room, you can hear the neighbors conversations as if they are in the same room.

  Disappointed

  Pros? The price was good. The room was clean. The staff were nice. Rooms upgraded and were comfortable. Cons? No coffee anywhere in the hotel? Really? No kleenex, cups, shampoo, conditioner? Covid-19 isn't an excuse to cut out all amenities, as other hotels offer the same things. I guess I'm confused as to why customer comfort needs to take a backseat to safety, because it doesn't... You can have both. Unfortunately, this was a last minute trip to visit a friend dying of cancer, so I didn't have the funds for another place. I won't stay here again, unfortunately. Historically, I've always had pretty good experiences with the Motel 6 chain. They leave the light on for you, but that's about all they do right now.

  Clean and well Maintained

  We stayed here on a cross country road trip, having to cut our night short after hitting traffic in Idaho. We chose Motel 6's across the country because they have a nationwide dog policy that has no weight restrictions. This hotel had clearly been recently renovated and was very clean. COVID protocols were all in place and clear, and we had no problems checking in or out.
