  Worst hotel ever

  So I needed a place to stay for one night. Usually Motel 6 is a decent choice for a place to lay my head and sleep but this time I wasnt prepared for the yuck factor. Going to use bullet points as it helps. 1. Rudest front counter lady I ever met. Sign on wall says military ID or drivers license for check in. I produced my military ID and she sighs and says I need drivers license instead. Bad first impression 2. After asking about military rate and getting an affirmative head shake I get told the room is 65. I politely explain that online its only 51 for military. She sighs again and says with taxes it will be 59 for room. Wrong price. 3. I asked a question and was told to wait so she can continue paperwork instead of taking care of customer. 4. Told me my room and looked away. I was frustrated so just left with key card. 5. Room is smelly and looks old. 6. Bathroom is dirty and old. 7. Room is bare and unappealing. Not at all up to Motel 6 standards. I would find other hotels to stay in next time.

  Convenient location

  This Motel 6 was in a very convenient location, there are restaurants and stores right next, walking distance. The facility, grounds and pool were very clean. This place is very basic, for people coming in for work or a quick stay since the hospital is right behind the motel. My room was clean, the staff was friendly, you can upgrade your room to include a microwave and fridge for a few dollars more. They take cash, no need for a deposit which is very convenient for old schoolers! They have ice and vending machines and free coffee in the morning. If you need a quick, cheap stay this is the place!

  Had reservations for almost a week, but they couldn't find them till an hour later. Had requested a room with a fridge and microwave but the 1st room only had the bare basics. Small table, 2 chairs, desk with tv,(remote didn't work nor could u change the channels by the tv), towels and bed. No coffee pot, or hair dryer, or even a do not disturb sign...Was so tired we kept it for that night but moved the next morning. Got a room with the fridge and microwave but had to pay an extra $20 just to add those 2 things. The ad said they had at least a continental breakfast but all they offer up front is coffee. Not even fruit. Am disappointed and won't be staying here again. I've stayed at MANY hotel/motels but this was the most disappointing. Only positive thing was the staff was pleasant.

  Amazing customer service and very helpful. One of the most pleasant stays I have experienced at a motel 6 . From the manager to the staff all have went above And beyond !!! Great location and lovely property.

  Worst motel ever.very very rude. Key to the door didn't work. Rooms are nasty. More roaches than guest. Beds we're nasty as well as the shower and bathroom. They should have paid me to stay there. But most of all the man at the office window was extremely rude!¡!!!
