  Es un hotel de paso ideal para una noche. Esta nuevo y tiene lo que necesitas para pasar la noche. La limpieza podria mejorar. El desayuno es excelente, lo sirven en Dennys que queda a 300mts del hotel.

  DIRTY floor and then charge appeared on my credit card that was NOT authorized!!

  Stayed at this hotel two nights. I did nothing to the room or the amenities. The floor in the room was very dirty and my feet were black from walking in the room. There were little pieces of dirt on the floor. Before getting into bed I had to wipe my feet to avoid getting dirt in the bed. Two days after checking out of the hotel, I saw a charge of $10 on my credit card from this hotel. This charge was NOT authorize. I contacted the hotel. The hotel said the charge could be from damage to the room or dirty towels. They did not know which reason the charge was for. I was to call back to talk to the manager. I called back and the manager was not there. I was informed the manager would call me. I never received a return call. Called the hotel again and spoke with the manager. She said the towels were dirty and Clorox would not even clean them. This is so NOT true. The manager did NOTHING to help me. I contacted my credit card company and they are disputing the charge. I have stayed in 100's of hotels around the world and have NEVER had anything like this before. AVOID this hotel at all cost!

  Clean Room at Great Price!

  Enjoyed my experience at SureStay Ridgecrest. Room was clean & looked new. Friendly staff during the check-in & key drop box for check out was convenient. Coupon for breakfast at Denny's just down the street was a nice touch. You would never know that this hotel experienced 2 major earthquakes about 2 weeks prior. Ridgecrest is very much open for business!

  Room bad employees ok

  The AC was barely enough for how hot it got out there. Fridge barely worked. Some of the furniture looked like they went through a few renovations without being covered. Sheets and pillow cases looked dirty upon arrival. Door seal not good and let's in bugs. Especially when it rains according to one of the employees. Every other place I would've wanted to stay at were completely booked.
