  Buen servicio al cliente.

  Excelente atención de Jodi en el restaurante, de Andrea en el Viaggio Spa y del resto del personal con quienes tuvimos contacto. Que gran diferencia cuando te dan un trato tan agradable. El hotel tiene falta de decoración en las habitaciones y los aires acondicionados son un poco viejos . El aseo 100%. Acceso caminando a las gondolas. Una vista al río Hermosa. Excelente para el otoño o el invierno para aventurarse a los deportes de nieve!!

  Un lugar para relajarse y descanzar!

  Visité este hotel el mes pasado con mi familia. Nos hospedamos en una villa que estaba bastante cómoda,la vista desde la montaña era espectacular, más en otoño!! La comida en general en el restaurante no estaba muy buena.

  Very Satisfied

  Overall our we were very satisfied with our visit. The "somewhat Satisfied" rating was due to a few small issues concerning miner maintenance. These were things that were apparent when we arrived except for one bulb that blew just after arrival. We listed the few issues which maintenance took care of within a couple of hours.I blame the people that stayed there before us for not alerting the "desk" of these few issues.

  Great Experience

  We spent a couple of nights here in November and had the Best time. We had a Club room which was spacious enough for 2. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountain but unfortunately it rained most of the time, other than that it would have been great to hang out there no matter what the season. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food and service were the best. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Ed snd Melissa st the front desk made us feel welcome. I scheduled a mani/pedi at the spa with Carrie. So enjoyable and worth it. Caleb works the pool area and his pleasant demeanor and assistance adds to the overall positive vibe of the hotel. I can not say enough about this venue. I have recommended to my friends and they have both booked a stay. I am confident they will enjoy it as much as we did.

  less than Average experience - Maintenance problems with the room

  With Covid I think that the experience could be improved: Cons We had less than 1 "new" toilet paper when we arrived at the room, and they do not offer room service until you leave, so, wasn't good, they put these huge soap container instead of considering how many days and leave you the personal ones, didn't get it. We found a small dead bug on the sofa, was disgusting. The shower had a sound like old or bad maintenance reason. They don't use plastic glass for a coffee in the room, instead a mug (with Covid...). Pro: The service at the restaurant was excellent, the people very friendly and the food very good! The location is nice, the view is spectacular, a lot of path to walk near by. we received a couple of voucher for breakfast (2), discount for dinner ($25), discount for facial massage ($50), and the best was the voucher for two people for Gondola ride, just make sure to make the reservation as soon your arrive. Overall I think that most of the maintenance problem could have avoided, so I would recommend after you receive your room immediately make sure that everything is working fine, and if is not, just go to the front desk and tell them that the room needs to be cleaned or change it.
