  Beautiful peaceful old world get-away

  Wonderful for couples, so quiet and peaceful. If B&B accommodation is what you are looking for this is perfect. Loved the cake for afternoon tea the day we arrived, such a nice extra touch. The host are knowledgeable, friendly but do not intrude in any way. The views and feeling of isolation was a perfect way to unwind

  Absolutely perfect

  Such a lovely place, we only wish we could have stayed longer to fully relax and enjoy the effort that has gone into every inch of this place - from the decedent dining room, to the relaxing lounge with books, games and an open fire, to the downstairs pool room, bbq area and fire pit/outdoor lounge area - they have thought of everything. The hospitality is second to none with afternoon tea and breakfasts better than any local cafe or restaurant. Plus hosts Sean and Karen are just lovely and have great knowledge and tips on the best things to do and see in the region. The sunsets on the balcony overlooking beautiful countryside and vines while sipping on wine produced from the property are spectacular - what more can you ask for! Best part of all - we have never slept on such a comfortable bed away from home in our lives!!

  Superb Guesthouse

  We have just had our 9th annual stay at Mudgee Guesthouse with the same group of friends. Karen and Sean are wonderful hosts. Beautiful dining room, superb cooked breakfasts, different each day. We really appreciate the added touches, fresh flower arrangements, home grown produce and preser lol ves and the amazing afternoon tea! Karen cooks the most delicious cakes, a different one each day. It is so peaceful having drinks on the verandah with friends, looking onto the beautiful countryside. We have pretty much tried all the rooms. All with ensuites and very comfortable.

  Magnificent

  Wow wow wow what a beautiful place. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Sean it was such a relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful rooms and amazing food. Highly recommend this Guesthouse. We have booked to return in Mar 2021. I cannot speak highly enough of this stunning location.

  Outstanding on all accounts.

  This is our second stay and the quality of the food, service, rooms has not wained in any way. In fact, it's impossible to pick any faults!. Do yourself a favour. Stay at this place. Highly recommend it.
