  Un departamento de lujo!

  Hice mi reserva en los dptos. de Canning Street, pero como el edificio no cuenta con ascensor, me ofrecieron un departamento en Exchange. Qué maravilla!. Un departamento de lujo, con todas las comodidades y más!. La atención de Damián y su equipo fue excelente, resolviendo cada pedido o duda que tuviéramos. Pequeños detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen, wifi perfecto y unas camas maravillosas!. Todo impecable!

  Apartamento completísimo

  Reservamos para 4 noches y fue fantástico. Haciendo comparaciones con hoteles del centro más o menos nos salía parecido en precio. Está muy cerca de las paradas de bus para ir al aeropuerto y puedes ir a pié por todo el centro de Edimburgo, quedando lo más alejado (quizá Holyroodhouse) a 30 minutos. Fue todo muy sencillo y por correo aclaran todas las dudas. Cuando llegamos no podíamos creernos que el apartamento estuviera tan bien; parecía recién reformado, la habitación era enorme y tiene de todo, la cocina es super completa y hay hasta lavavajillas. Nos dejaron café, té y leche en la nevera. No tuvimos ni un problema. Una experiencia recomendable si no quieres ir de hotel. Si no le pongo 5 estrellas es por los precios, pero están a la altura del resto de Edimburgo, o al menos del centro.

  Not a 4 Star Experience

  Travelled as a couple for 3 nights, just a sightseeing holiday. We chose Canning Street Apartments as a novelty, a whole flat to ourselves near the center of Edinburgh for a good price, considering it was 4 star. Check-in is not at property, it's about 10 minutes away. The staff in the office were friendly, very welcoming and provided a map of how to get to the property. Our first impressions of Canning Street were small, cramped, hot. Overlooked by offices. However, it was spotlessly clean, consistently throughout. The stairs to the bedroom and bathroom were clearly an afterthought, narrow, cramped and creaky. Not sound proof in the slightest, we could always hear outside traffic, neighbours talking and moving, and we happened to be staying when it was very windy, so it always sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. The bed was very uncomfortable and solid, with pillows as flat as pancakes. I ended up using the throw pillow as a booster pillow. Because of the heat in the flat we had the window open one night, but the metal weight on the blinds kept rattling off the window pane. There was not one single night where we had a good sleep, and that really is disappointing to say. The kitchenette was ample for casual use. Could use more defined instructions for how to use appliances, as we had never used a combi-oven previously. Tea towel smelled musty, and we never used the washing machine. The shower ran cold after a while, and we only just had enough towels and toilet paper for the time we stayed. The dimmable light settings were useful at nights. The living room TV was not a smart tv, and was quite small, TV upstairs did not work. Didn't know there was a multi-room speaker system, would have brought an AUX cable. The features of this apartment were mainly why we couldn't categorise it as a 4 star. This was not a 4 star experience for us, 2 star is more apt. We've been to many different star hotels etc, and felt this flat was nowhere near the standard of any of the places we've been. If this was a property we were renting from a landlord, we would be complaining about the issues we've detailed above. This company is making far more than the average landlord would in a month, but this was not a four star experience.

  Exceptionally clean and very well placed

  The apartment is about .8 mile away from where you collect the key. That does not seem far but when you are carrying/pulling your luggage it is quite a trek. However, the apartments themselves are excellent. They are comfortable and well appointed. Excellent value

  Un apartamento genial

  La ubicación y el estado del apartamento eran geniales. Estuvimos 4 días en un duplex para dos personas que nos encantó. El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades y una limpieza excelente. Las personas que nos atendieron en la recepción tanto en la recogida como entrega de llaves fueron muy amables y atentas explicándonos todo. La ubicación es inmejorable, a escasos pasos de Princes St. Lo único reseñable son los 10 minutos andando que hay que hacer para recoger las llaves, pero es un buen comienzo para explorar la ciudad.
