  AVOID THIS PROPERTY

  We booked an apparment here 2 months ago for a family party in Leeds. On the day of our trip we still hadnt received any information on how to access the property so I decided to call. The man on the phone was very rude. I was told they had overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. If I hadnt of called we would have arrived with no forewarning. Think twice before booking this place.

  Me and my 3 friends, were planning for a night out in Leeds and booked the Nazarene Apartment on the same day. A last minute deal and as soon as we got there the owner didn't let us in and said we need I.D and to give an extra £200 deposit. We thought that sounds kind of dodgy because he said do it over the phone and we were outside in the cold for like an hour and going back and forth with and finally decided to cancel the booking. Now when i canceled the booking which was £230 they confirmed the £210 was cancelled and how much i would get refunded was only £20. What an absolutely, disgusting thing to do. £210...i hate these type of selfish people

  Worst Place i have every stayed

  Stayed at this property with 5 other people for a one night stay to celebrate a big birthday. We were very disappointed with the quality of the property and the owners who use different names from DEAN, AMAR, TONY and allsorts which actually arent their real names, they are Muslim men using different names who dont care about the safety of their guests. We were basically living in a tent, there was a huge water leak in the bathroom which was leaking down into the living room, we noticed this soon as we got there. Due to this water leak the electrics throughout the house cut out and we had NO HOT WATER, LIGHT, and ELECTRIC OR GAS!!!! We contacted the owners straight away and we were promised they would fix this problem ASAP, after a while when no one turned up we tried to contact the owners again and they did not answer our calls. We were in the dark, cold house with water leaking from the ceiling all night, unfortunately we couldnt find anywhere else to stay at such short notice and had no choice but to stay there all night. The owner then texted us to say he will refund our money which he still hasnt done and has stopped replying to our messages. There's quite a list from turning up to what could only be described as a rough council estate where there are bars over all the windows and doors to stop break-ins to a lot of other problems especially the safety we feel we just have to let others know. This property is not a managed apartment but a TERRACED HOUSE in a council estate Blown bulbs in bedroom and bathroom Smelly house with mould in bathroom and kitchen No toilet roll or towels The list goes on and on This property is NOT suitable for a holiday let, we wouldnt stay here even if it was free!!! These people are RIP offs and charge a huge amount of money for what you are getting, its a SCAM.this is just a warning for people so they dont need to experience what we did. We have photos and videos top prove this.

  Lovely accommodation

  Just spent 5 nights with work at Nazarene apparment in Leeds. Stayed in a house in ivy mount street close to the city center. Nice & clean with room for up to 6 people . No problem with parking with a chip shop 4 houses away!!!

  Very unprofessional.

  The house is a nice house, but theres no hot water, the shower is broken and its very cold house even with the heater on. And one heater upstairs was not working On my way to checking in, he changed the location to a different area (this was not the original house but same company) and stated that the cleaner did not feel like cleaning the original house I was meant to stay in. I messeged him on a booking website to see if the house was available and he messeged me privately and said he would send me his bank details to book direct instead of booking online. He stated that we can not have more than two guests in the house due to COVID and he would have to report to the government and authorities, but stated if we wanted more than two people in the house we would have to pay extra £100 and they will have to leave at midnight and he would not report. Which we did not do! I also asked if I could get my deposit back as I left the house in a very good condition and his not replying to my messages! Thats more than £300 for one night
