  Fantastic holiday with the family

  Just had a wonderful week with the family at Noosa Shores Resort. We stayed in Apartment 27 which has just been renovated and was stunning. It is on the top floor with beautiful views across the Noosa river. Angela, the resort manager was friendly and helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. We will be back soon!

  Great location and great views

  We had a top floor apartment directly facing pool and river. The location is great, with walking distance to Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach (about 15mins with smaller children). Depending on what you are looking for and how prepared you come, you could also spend time here without leaving the perimeter of a 3 mins walk. The complex features a nice lap-type pool, a smaller pool for the kids and a nice seating area next to the river with BBQ's. Next door you find a little shopping centre with a playground, bottleshop, fish&chips (Mr. Fish) and a convenience store. The 2 bedroom apartment itself was the right size for the four of us, with a large dining table and enough space for the kids to play. The only downside (and preventing me from giving an 'excellent' was the kitchen equipment. We are used to having everything there for kids (crockery, cutlery, ...) and also some 'equipment' to take to the beach or on a boat (e.g. plastic cups, tupperware, ...), but there was none of that. Definitely a place worth staying - the views from our balcony were stunning.

  Excellent!!

  Beautiful spot. Stating the obvious but it is all about the view. If you stay on the right side of the resort as you look towards the river you get the best of both worlds. The action packed river as well as the quiet end of the waterway. Sunsets are to the left and from here you have it all. Unfortunately the pool heating was not working, so it was too cold.   Stunning view and recently refurbished apartment ( No.27 )

  We stayed in Unit 27 ( top floor , directly facing the river ) and though there is no lift and this is clearly advised at time of booking , the stairs are well worth it ! Opened the apartment door to stunning views of Noosa Sound and a beautifully refurbished two bedroom ,one bathroom apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped , ducted air con throughout ( fab ) and a great lounge area and good size TV with what seems to be full Foxtel access ( unlike every other apartment Ive stayed at that state Foxtel but in reality has like two channels ie. sport and maybe history channel ) which is great. The decor is very nice and all recently refurbished. Checking in with Rob was very easy and he was extremely welcoming and explained the private parking spot, where the pool was and that it was heated and how to access all these areas ,plus said to let them know of any issues at all. We were so busy enjoying our few days at Noosa we didnt get to offer 2 very small lots of feedback at the office - sorry ( we didnt do this on person -sorry ) : 1. Love to see the cutlery replaced or at least the spoons , as though the cutlery is new looking and very pretty the spoons stylistically are flat and dont work for cereal eating ( this is minor in the scheme of a great resort and apartment) and 2. The tiles in the shower are very slippery , so one of those ( old fashioned ) suctioned bath mats would be fantastic to make showering safer . The bathroom itself is lovely and has a double sink and a washing machine to use if you are there for a longer stay . Noosa has so much to offer and access virtually next door ( across the park) to a bottle shop , little coffee shop , a small well stocked supermarket , Noosa Ferry access and best of all Rickys restaurant, makes the stay very enjoyable and easy . Its about 1 km flat walk to Noosa Beach and there is a bus stop 10 metres from the front of the building if needed. The staff were lovely and Noosa Shores Resort is a must to stay at . My Sister in-law , my 88 year old Mum and I, all would highly recommend a stay!!! Try a trip on the Ferry ( a day or afternoon pass is the go ) , a swim at Noosa Beach or in the heated pool , a coffee or lunch on Hastings Street , a walk in either Noosa Woods or the National Park is breathtaking, finally Noosa Everglades tour that we did was really beautiful and relaxing ( one of two Everglades in the world ).

  Family Bliss

  We booked Apartments 20 and 19 respectively both had amazing views to wake up to each morning. Beautifully furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The pool and view were amazing and very relaxing. The gardens and bbq area very well kept. Angela and her staff were fantastic to deal with. Hint to Room 20 owners love some curtains/shutters across the lounge area(though its their apartment not mine). Great stay and will return
