  Coulda been better

  The take and go breakfast could have offered more protein. Main issue was people visiting the bar were hanging out at the pool. One guy was making comments to my small children that weren't right. What is the point of security and gates if randos will be loose anyway??

  A MUST STAY

  I stay over 300 nights a year in hotels. This hotel is by far the best I have stayed in so far. Everyone was very kind and truly cared to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Who ever hired Kyra knew what they were doing. She is fantastic. There is no doubt that one day she will be a General Manager. I stayed in a suite. I was amazed by how nice it was. I will definitely be back. If you are anywhere near Springfield, MO you must stay here. They will treat you like royalty.

  Hidden gem minutes from home

  We took a staycation for one night, the last big weekend of summer. Gorgeous suite, staff was wonderful to work with, we felt like we were in another time and place! Swam, relaxed in the sun, just enjoyed ourselves immensely. The place is just so beautiful - tucked away and just minutes from anywhere you need to be. Highly recommend for a break from all your stress!

  VERY Nice Grounds and hotel

  Went to Springfield for girls weekend . This is a nice hotel and they are following pandemic protocols well. I felt safe and clean. The breakfast was a sack breakfast but contained a lot. The only thing that bothered me was the room I booked was a balcony pool view. What I got was a ground floor with a sliding door facing the housekeeping closet and back entrance to the pool. Which we could not see. Also because it was in the main though fare people all not where stopping and sitting on our patio talking really loud.

  I arrived at your property approximately 5 pm on Monday 12/8/20. I was warmly greeted by Rachel and Kyra. Kyra also signed me up to be a member of your hospitality group. I asked a few questions about the hotel and my inquiry was promptly answered with enthusiasm and pride for the hotel and the town of Springfield. The ladies sold me on the hotel restaurant and told me where to spend time for taco Tuesday the next day. The restaurant manager Ariana was also exceptional on Monday and Wednesday when I ate on premise. One of the line cooks named Ainsworth from Jamaica was also extraordinary! The customer service that all staff provided and displayed was TOP NOTCH & SPOT ON! The accommodations were great! I was in town on boarding with a new company and informed the HR director what a fantastic venue you operate! I look forward to my next visit to the Oasis. After spending a few years with Hyatt as an Executive Chef all I can say is keep doing what you are doing. Thank you!!!!
