  My favorite

  Its my favorite not because its the nicest on the strip, but for many other reasons. We have been going here since it opened up and have loved every day of it. Its within walking distance to all the Main St activities. By the way, the folks here work hard to make this a clean and safe place to visit.

  Blood

  Too much blood for me. I can handle a little bit but this was too much. We found used condoms in the trash cans. The door was broken, the tv does not work. The mattress was filled with piss. We called room service for more towels as a room for ten people only received FOUR TOWELS. And the lady busted in and had to use the bathroom and decided to defecate and not flush, and then proceeded to give us our towels. Pubes were found in the bathrooms along with on our pillows and the comforter was so stained it was rock solid from all the piss. Good thing we brought our own. We also had to clean the room ourselves since they were so incompetent to do it themselves and we had to wait 3 HOURS AFTER OUT CHECK IN TIME, to get into our room.

  While the ocean view was wonderful the condo and furnishings were dirty and old! The floors were filthy. The bed in the master bedroom was so old the mattress had a peak in the center and was horrible to sleep on! We found fingernails on the floor in the kitchen and toenails in the bedroom! The refrigerator didnt work to well and we called maintenance and he looked at it and said I cant find a problem with it... well I have attached pictures of our 10 lb bag of ice melting in the freezer and the water ran into our food in the bottom. We had to throw out milk and other groceries that werent kept cold! There was rust on the outside of the frig! We complained about the mattress and they said they would send a mattress pad but never did! When I turned the shower on in the smaller bedroom black bugs came out of the drain! The vent in the ceiling leaked water all the time onto the floor! The Furniture was filthy and old! The patio furniture was old dirty and plastic and the table was propped up with a fish statue! Ive attached pictures! $1800 for 6 days youd think this condo owner would atleast have it cleaned! They lied on the phone the day before we got there and told us the pool, lazy river, hot tub were all open... LIES! Thank God for good weather and the ocean or we would have had a horrible time sitting in there dirty condo! The recliner was so nasty and sticky no one would sit in it! I put my sheet I brought with me over the couch to sit on it! The chairs in the dining room where filthy! Weve complained with no response! Hang ups when you call them, dont return calls! I would stay elsewhere!

  Unit 307 Seaside Vacations

  When we arrived, we saw a couple of ants in the property. This was well before the hurricane hit. When I contacted the rental office on day 4 about the ants, I was told the hurricane brought them in, however, they were there before the storm. We also had family on two other units in the building, on different floors, with no ants. We were supplied with ant spray and did the best we could with it, but by the end of the week, there were ants crawling on the kids in their beds. For the amount of money we paid for this place, there should have been no ants at all. We actually left a day early due to the ant problem. Additionally, this condo had a terrible smell coming from the refrigerator and dryer. This condo needs some updating, a thorough cleaning, and some touch up paint. There were dirty marks all over the walls in the hallway. The bedskirts in the room with twin beds were dirty and stained. The ceiling fans had dust caked onto them. The lampshades in the living room were covered in dust and hair. Rental companies should be required to show recent photos and explain in detail what kind of cleaning takes place in the units.

  Please note...the rating of this review is largely attributed to Seaside Vacations, not the building itself. Seaside was the property management company for my unit. Let me start by saying that the condo building itself is OK. It is extremely large with multiple units. Parking is extremely tight in the attached parking garage but I guess that's to be expected. All of these units are stacked in a way that you can see everyone's balcony and they can see yours. Due to COVID they only allowed 35 people in the pool at a time. This was managed by a security guard. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience as it's impossible to properly manage people coming in and out. There was always a long line of people waiting to get into the pool area and every now and then the security guard would ask people to leave. Not a fun way to spend your vacation. Our unit was gross. It had not received a decent cleaning in quite a while. Our ceiling fans had so much dust that we didn't turn any of them on. The shower in the master bath was dirty and had plenty of hair (long & short) stuck to the sides. The tabletops had dust/dirt as well as the counters. We did not call and complain at the time as all of this was noticed after we had everyone moved in and settled and didn't want to have to pack or move anything should they send cleaners back. I called and left a message after we left at the end of the week but didn't hear anything back. Additionally, Seaside had called about a week before our vacation was to start to tell us that there may be limitations with the pool but that if there were, it would be that each condo would have to sign up for designated pool time. We were completely on board with this which is why we didn't cancel the trip. Had we known how horrible the pool experience was going to be we would have cancelled the trip.
