  Comer en el bretón arms fue una experiencia buena, todos brindaron un excelente servicio y uno se siente bienvenido, la comida es muy gourmet y se ve la diferencia enorme entre los demás restaurantes. Creo que es una buena opción donde ir cuando uno está por New Hampshire

  Estadía reconfortante

  Un pequeño y grato ambiente para alojarse entremedio de las maravillosas montañas en las que se puede desarrollar libremente esqui, snowboard, entre otras cosas . El alojamiento contempla la mejor gastronomía en el desayuno y cena que se sirven allí, y la mejor disposición y alegría de quienes atienden para hacer una estadía relajante y placentera para el huésped. Tiene la ventaja de que permite alojar mascotas.

  Tomar un desayuno acá es algo muy bueno, el sabor, la atención de los chefs y de todas las personas que trabajan ahí, hacen una experiencia memorable. Muchas gracias de verdad. Fue algo increíble, siempre lo recomendare a todos. Regresare pronto.

  Ski Trip

  I opted for the Inn in order to get a larger room. We had a queen and two twins. It was a corner room so lots of windows and separate room with twin beds. (A TV wouldve been nice in the twin room but no biggie.) The Inn was very beautiful and there werent many guests around. There were plenty of seats in the lobby area to relax and there was always a real fire going on the fireplace. Everything was clean. Dining at the Inn is closed due to covid which we knew. We walked to the Omni to get take out for dinner. There is a shorter path thru the woods or you can also walk on the road. The Omni is gorgeous. Take out was easy. We ordered at the bar and food was ready in about 15/20 minutes. And still hot after walking back to our room to eat. There is complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning at the Inn at front desk. This was wonderful as there wasnt anything else around to grab quickly without going up to the Omni or waiting until getting to the slopes. Employees were great. Each front desk person was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. One piece of constructive criticism are that the mattresses and sheets need to be upgraded. The bed should be the star of the show and the mattresses were a tad soft and worn feeling. I felt for the price of the room the sheets shouldve been upgraded as well. Overall I would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the skiing and the convenience of staying at this gorgeous resort just down the road from Bretton Woods. The views of Mount Washington are breathtaking.

  Do not expect to sleep in room 34

  Prior to my last stay this was by far one of my favorite Hotels to visit any time I was up in the area. It was my preference over the Main Mount Washington hotel due to it being a smaller and more cozy hotel which usually leads it to also being quieter. At arrival I mentioned to the Gentleman checking me in that on all of my other stay I had stayed in room 47 and said that I preferred that room or a room like it due to it being extremely quiet, smaller than most of the other rooms and therefor giving it a more cozy feel(I enjoy the slanted roof/walls). I was told that room 47 was not available and simply said well if you have any quiet rooms that are of a similar style I would appreciate it. I guess I needed to be more specific because when I arrived to my room ( AVOID ROOM 34 AT ALL COST) I quickly realized I was 8 feet from the elevator , above the main entrance which also has an area for cars to pull up and unload at all hours of the night. So I was gifted a stay that included being right above the main door and check-in area, I got to listen to cars being unloaded and the main door closing all day/night as well as the lovely clunking sound of people using the dollys getting on and off the elevator for a solid 48 hours. All for the spectacular price of $625. I travel and sleep in Hotels close to 30 weeks out of the year for work and I am 80% of the time traveling alone. In this time I realized this is both a blessing and a curse as many Hotels will attempt to stick the single Male in the most complained about room and hope it slips by without a complaint. And as such I did not say a word and just did not sleep for two days because of it. To top it all off they have made such claims about cleanliness during Covid but the bathroom was pretty disgusting. I will ask anyone who reads this to go in to room 34 and look behind the bathroom mirror on the wall, mind you this wall is clearly visible as the mirror is mounted off the wall and it can be seen from the shower and toilet with ease. So much dust and hair, the tub itself had mold along the base as well. Also I can't say how disappointed I was to seeing the "Resort Service Charge" of $70 during Covid as most of the "services" are not even active. I did not use one service at the Hotel and you still get hit with an additional $35 a day charge. The Restaurant was not open so if I wanted food I had to walk/drive to the Main Hotel and even there so many of the "services" are at a bare minimum. Using the Pool during a pandemic? No thanks, but sure I'll pay for it. Such a disappointment, I expected better from Omni. Sadly this will most definitely be my last stay at The Bretton Arms. I just can't justify the price for what it has become. I suppose I was spoiled over my last 4-5 trips as I always had one of the quiet rooms and therefor had an amazing stay. It's amazing how sleep can make an experience so much better.
