  Fantastic

  Seen some of the review's earlier omg you must be mad We had the most amazing stay in a superior executive room, 2 kids, 2 adults, birthday drinks, met the best bar man George and other staff who were lovely, helpful and very friendly. Definitely be back cannot fault it at all 6 stars all round.

  Food

  After reading a recent July review on the poor quality of the food, I was astonished at the claim that the Cod and chips were a disgrace, and the general quality of the food had gone down, and that the couple concerned would not be visiting the Pool in the future. My wife and I have in the summer months in the last 3 years used the Pool on numerous occasions, staying for lunch each time and sometimes going back for an evening meal. At all times the food has been excellent, my favourite meal is fish and chips, and last night was no exception, the cod cooked to perfection and the chips excellent. When you take into account the 5 voucher available online for 4 people to use the Pool as many times as they wish for 30 days with a 30% discount on all food and drink plus free use of the massive pool and sun lounges and umbrellas, it becomes without doubt the best value for money in Paphos, probably the whole of Cyprus. In conclusion, anyone reading the complaint review should completely ignore it.

  Brilliant as always....

  Had a wonderful 2 week family holiday here once again in my opinion the the food has got better the prices are low ' as for George on the bar he's great my kids and family loved him he's a real credit to the place ' they could do with some new beds but other than that ' a great time was had by all.

  Not very clean!

  Needs a good clean! Rooms very well used! The resort is very nice from the outside but the pool could do with proper cleaning on a day to day basis. Myself and my family were here for a week and our room was only cleaned once and towels changed once! Wouldnt recommend!

  Not a 4* Exclusive Resort

  A bit of a last minute deal through Teletext Holidays as our original holiday was booked with Thomas Cook. At £264 for flight, transfer and apartment we could complain especially as it was sold to us as an exclusive four star resort. We were also advised upon booking we would be upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment as a honeymoon has just been cancelled. At £264 we werent expecting the Ritz but it can only be described as the pits! We arrived to be welcomed by a lovely English gentleman who showed us to our room. The room had seen better days. The couch was stained, the curtains were ripped, the table had chips out of it and the three chairs were also stained. The bathroom and bedroom however, were fine. The fully equipped kitchen was less than fully equipped... we had the following: - four cups - four plates - three forks - two knifes - one chopping knife - one pan Obviously we didnt expect a lemon slicer or a garlic clove chopper but at least enough pans to cook eggs and bacon at one time may have been handy! The toaster also had to be held down otherwise it wouldnt work. The pool snack bar was not open once and the area around it was filthy. We decided to go to the supermarket for water and pop - which we originally thought we could buy at the bar - but this was a 20 minute walk away. There is nothing close by. Location The beach is 1.5km - not a sandy beach Bus station is 1.5km Nearest supermarket is in the mall which is about 20 minute walk and is huge so great to grab lots of supplies Lidl is MILES away - our fault for not checking before setting off You can get a taxi from the main strip if you want to go anywhere far A few nice restaurants and bars (we liked ONeills) about 15 minute brisk walk away. Trips We went to Paphos Zoo, we got a bus then a taxi from Coral Bay (1.50 single trip on the bus and 10 in a taxi), definitely recommend this trip! Tomb of the Kings is a good morning or afternoon out and only 2.50 per person, we spent about an hour there, this is 15 minute walk away. Cleanliness The pool was never cleaned while we were and our room was done once. We had to empty to the bins ourselves as they wasnt changed and we was cooking breakfast daily - eggs on toast. When the maid did visit the one time she was lovely and did a fabulous job so we left her a tip when we checked out. We made the holiday our own and after a bad year it was nice to get away but disappointed with the facilities. We were left without electricity for 12 hours one evening and had to ring Teletext as the apartments didnt leave any emergency numbers and reception shut at 5.00pm everyday. Also most of the apartments have full time residential tenants who can get rowdy with having parties and friends over so often kept awake.
