  Nice hotel

  All is clean, nice hotel. They also serve breakfast but we stayed up late so just had noodles chicken. We booked by Agoda. It's quite hard to look for address if you drive there. But it's nearby the beach. That's would be great if you want to have a sunrise, you even can see it from your room!!!

  Great service, amazing sea-view, very clean and comfortable

  Through the recommendation of our friend, we were booked at Osaka hotel for 4 nights. It's beyond expectation! Cheap but good quality and beautiful. Receptionist staff were very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. We checked-in earlier without extra pay. The hotel is a new built seem very bright, well designed, new equipment and the rooms are fully equipped. With 2 large separately bedrooms so comfortable for my family; Our room was always cleaned everyday, the staffs always smiling, so hospitality. The room with the window overlooking to the sea side or the city side. The location is great. Just 3 minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. And very easy to get a cab to go to the center. And near by tourist attractions. You can book the tours through the hotel with fit price, good quality of service. We had one great vacation in Osaka Hotel. Thanks to all of hotel staffs and we promise you guys we will come back and stay in your hotel on our next vacation.

  Bad night sleep

  When staying at this hotel I had bad night sleep due to lots of construction work in the area. Maybe when the construction work is finished would it be a better place to stay and area to explore. But at the moment there is construction work all over Da Nang so it wasn't nice to see. Room was ok and hotel really close to the beach which was a bonus. Staff don't really speak English well so hard to communicate. For example there were 3 of us and requested for extra towel as they had only given us two but they never gave us an extra one the next day even though they said they would. Place does not accept cards so must pay by cash. Breakfast was served in this small kitchen. Completely different to what was shown on booking.com

  not willing to help

  not a great experience as we found staff not willing to help with a simple thing as a kettle in room as we prefer western coffee. Booked because we were on budget but ended leaving after an hour because staff were not interested in helping us.

  Good value for money.

  We stayed longer than reserved as we liked the room and found it great value for a cheap price. Clean and quite large room. They offered to clean daily. The area had a lot of construction but it was quiet at night. Close to the beach and cheap restaurants. This area is not the most picturesque but nice and relaxed compared to downtown Da Nang. Breakfast at the hotel was not great, half raw eggs in a dingy kitchen, but there's a really cheap place very nearby with great pho, and the room was so cheap we didn't mind going out and getting breakfast elsewhere.
