  La peor experiencia de mi vida!

  Horrible! sucio,el desayuno pésimo además de todo el menaje sucio, baños, y lo peor nos robaron el documento de identidad más la tarjeta de crédito dentro de la habitación.lo único bueno del hotel fue el recepcionista de noche dony.no lo recomiendo.

  Estuve casi una semana en este hotel, la verdad que me lo esperaba peor. No es muy acogedor pero no sufrí los daños que se mencionan. La calefacción me funcionaba, floja pero,me funcionaba, el desayuno ya en el cuarto día me cansaba porque todos los días era lo mismo, el café malísimo, zumo regular, solo comí tostadas y zumo jeje ( ya no había mucho más ) El servicio de habitaciones te hacen lo básico, te estiran la cama, te reponen el agua y el papel higiénico. No recuerdo si en el segundo día o el tercer día tuve que dejar un papel escrito diciéndoles que, por favor me cambiaran las toallas. El wifi me fue bien, y el servicio no te saludan hasta el tercer día ajajajajaja Todos los años voy a Londres y me he hospedado en varios hoteles ya, y no me puedo quejar, porque los hoteles de Londres deja mucho que desear... Lo recomiendo

  The worst stay in a hotel in my life

  When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the rudest most unhelpful man at reception I have ever met at a hotel. He looked up and me and said I dont have your reservation. I showed him the confirmation email of my booking and that the money had come out of my account. He just looked at me blankly and said its not on my computer. I said do you want to check the confirmation number to which he did whilst huffing and puffing only for it to be there. But no apology. The key cards always stop working. They only seem to let you in once and then stop working. And every time Id have to go back to reception to say my keys not working, the same man would Take the card stare at me then say bye. Every time Id say Im not checking out , my card doesnt work. The hotel has huge construction going on and drilling ALL day. Something they did not advertise or offer to give a discount because of. So working all night and trying to sleep during the day was out of the question as the noise was too much. When I arrived back to the hotel in the evening, a staff member saw me indicating to pull into the car park and started pulling the gate forward to close it. I said politely excuse me , Im staying at the hotel. He proceeded to scream at me and tell me to use the other entrance. You would have no idea there was two entrances as this other entrance is slightly down the road and not signposted so you would even know it was an entrance. The room had no drinking water in them, or tea bags etc. There were no toiletries , not even a bar of soap. The room was clean but very very dated and smells stale. The housekeeping staff dont knock on the door they just open it and theres no latch on the door to be able to stop this. Overall its as if they hate there guests and dont want them to stay there!

  I stayed for 4 nights in September /October 2020

  From the moment you arrive you are put at ease by the friendly and helpful staff ,a quick and easy check in experience and on to your newly refurbished room ,which is very large ,comfortable contemporary furniture ,and a very large wide screen tv ,a comfortable bed ,and a very quiet and restful nights sleep ,lots of hot water and great shower .Plus FREE parking which in London hotels is so important ,and the tube is only 10 mins walk away ,and all for a really affordable price ,im so pleased ive found this Hotel Im in west london regularly so will be returning .

  Total disaster

  Booked to stay there 1st November, received confirmation of booking, turned up to be told the hotel has been shut for 4 months and not due to open until next year. Even though there were people everywhere and there are reviews from October 2020. Utter nonsense!
