  You get what you pay for

  Ok all inclusive foods especially this side of the world are pretty much the same , I would say this is slightly below normal, could be because the so called covid is around but there is no normal toast like what we like in uk. Also there was no beans no mushrooms no bacon no sausage at breakfast time, the lunch and dinner time meals are pretty lame with same things night after night, the room are basic with no English speaking channels on tv to wind down to at sleep time. Also the rooms 2404 around there are even worse and a bit far out from everything so we changed to 1304 which is better as pool outside and restaurant. The pool and their own private beaches are I'd say 4 star I liked them it's a shame the rest doesnt follow suite. The staff as are most turkish people very friendly it's a shame in this particular hotel they mostly cant speak any english. It's also mainly Russian guests here and quite a lot of kids. We booked 2 weeks but I would say a week for us would do, and we have thought about leaving and heading to oludeniz where we have been before.

  Terrible

  I'm not really one for writing reviews on here but I felt very strongly about getting people to avoid this hotel. The holiday in itself was a mess from start to finish. Arrived very late at night with husband and 8year old daughter to find that our transfer had already left without us. Had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel! Got to the hotel after a very long day travelling to find the only food available in the hotel was Soup!!! At 00.30 who in the right mind is going to fill up on soup in a 5*hotel! Come the next morning... we had a lovely view from our room... we had a balcony the size of a chair!!! Went down to the pool which was green on the floor on the shallow side. There is a creapy guy taking photos when you are coming down the side... not really impressed as he has been taking photos of our daughter while she was on the sides without us! Can not complain to anyone as NO staff speak any English. Pool bar men are very intimating! I actually saw one of the bar men go to hit a young lad by the pool while we were there, another worker pulled him away. Had to change rooms half way through the holiday as the bathroom celling cracked and was letting water into the shower. Beds very uncomfortable. I have stayed in a number of 5* hotels around the world and this hotel is pushing a 3*.. and the only saving grace is the views. The hotel is in the middle of no where. As the food was very poor we had to venture out to ger food, We ate out 8 nights out of 14. Also this was not cheap, Alanya is 50 for both ways. There is a Bazaare closure but that is 15 both ways but only has one restaurant. There was not even any toast for breakfast. My 8 year old would only eat chips. The chicken was raw, the Turkey was black inside, Bread rolls where stale. Rooms were not cleaned to a good enough standard, i went back in to clean after the cleaner had been with antibacterial wipes! Somebody in the room above had dropped their ashtray which smashed on our balcony, the glass was there for 5days.. well until we checked out! It was brushed to the side of the balcony by myself and they never moved it from there! Honestly AVOID this hotel. I read the poor reviews and thought it wouldn't be to bad, but believe me I have no idea how they are still operating! We met some other English speaking guests who were also very shocked at the service they recieved!

  Nice

  Had a lovely time at this hotel. Positives-nice big pool,friendly bar staff and right on the beach. Negatives-ice cream is only served for one hour in the afternoon (not good for all inclusive) and dodgy men trying to con you at front of hotel in collusion with the front staff when trying to change up money. Would recommend hotel as its very relaxing and under the circumstances (Covid) they done pretty good to make you feel welcome. If you want to go somewhere where theres lots of English then its not for you as mainly Russian but this wasnt a problem for us.

  Great hotel

  Really great and not expensive hotel! we were happy with everything, really: beaches, food, drinks, rooms, pool but especially with wonderful sea (the best for us so far) and animator Dora who did a superb job!

  A marvelous hotel to stay at

  We were staying at the hotel for two weeks during the pandemia and I can say that it was safe there. Of course, you were to follow some rules, keep the social distance, desinfect our hands....and what else. Everything was great. I suppose, it had been even better before the Coronovirus situation. The thematic restaurant didn't work, the animation programme was quite limited, but everything that was allowed that time was perfect! Not mentionining the fact that animation programme was repeated every week so if you want to stay there, one week or a bit more is enough. However, it was not a drawback for us, we enjoyed our time in Turkey. Everything that the animation team invented was great! Thanks Aydyn for his children's club! They adored him. The food wad delicious: lots of meat and fish: roasted, fried, boiled, grilled, trays of sweets, vegetables, garnishes. Everything to any taste! We were never hungry or thirsty! We even managed to put on weight! The view from the room was fabulous, the territory was quite big, it took us several days to explore every corner. Still we did not find the time to play tennis or golf as we spent all our time in the sea. There are several guarded beaches: rocky, rocky and sandy, sandy. The sea was warm and calm! If you choose this hotel, you will definitely enjoy your time there!
