  Not good

  Stayed one night and was very disappointed! 500 baht the room, the person in charge of the room was going in and out my room threw the window. No pressure in the shower/toilet/sink. Nice enough at the reception. I went to another one close to pai in town and for the same price had a much much better experience!

  Good location

  Good location. Staff speaks very limited English. The upstairs rooms are much nicer and better maintained than the downstairs. By no means a luxurious place, but it is one of the better value accommodations with AC we found in Pai.

  Visited Pain in Town in Dec 2017

  First let me start by saying visiting Pai is a must see, very Charming chill place. Perfect to rent a scooter and visit. Overall the Pai in Town was charming and well located in The heart of Pai. For the price was a bit expensive compared to my visits in Thailand. The rooms need renovation but are clean overall. People were very nice. For a 2 to 3 day stay it was perfect.   There are better places

  This place in itself is not that bad. The rooms are a good size and well equipped; nice double bed with cotton sheets, fridge, Cable TV, powerful shower and good internet connection. The rooms are also nice and cool even in mid afternoon unlike many other guest houses that always feel hot and stuffy. So what's the problem. The problem is the staff, with the exception of the young Muslim lady in the black head scarf I found all of them rude and on not once was my drinking water replaced or did someone offer to clean my room and sometimes I felt they were looking at me with out right contempt. I hope this is read by the owners of this place as you really do need to have a word with your staff about customer service.
