  QUE DECEPCION!!!!!

  Reservamos con Booking para varias noches en el Palazzo Prince D'Orange este apartamento independiente (Irene 315), cuando llegamos pudimos comprobar que toda la informacion sobre el citado apartamento era cierta, pero y de lo que no informan? Este apartamento es un semisotano distribuido en tres alturas, en la planta de la calle el dormitorio, en la de arriba el saloncito, y en el bajo que es un sotano esta la cocina y un baño minusculo en el ultimo rincon, o sea, escaleras arriba, escaleras abajo, que para personas como nosotros de mediana edad resultaba ser bastante incomodo ademas de un desagradable olor a humedad por todos sitios.Una gran decepcion. Todo lo demas (ubicacion, vistas desde la terraza superior y atencion del personal) perfecto.

  Beatrix Room was fabulous

  We stayed in the Beatrix room which had two bedrooms and was much larger that I expected. It had two large living areas, a large dining area, a large kitchen and a small little eating area in the balcony. It takes up one entire floor and the lift opens directly into the apartment (but plenty secure due to the way the keys work). The Penthouse area is open to everyone and was fabulous as well. It has coffee and snacks and indoor and outdoor dining area as well as a rooftop overlook of the harbor. We arrived early and the property manager (Alexandra) brought us up there and made us coffee and provided some snacks while we waited. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Upper Barraka Gardens and relatively central for Valletta.

  Nice place to stay minus certain conditions

  My wife and I just recently stayed at Palazzo and it was a nice place at the start but then we started to see some flaws. We were given the basement room aka the dungeon since the place smelled like mold, was damp with no airflow and that I found a massive cockroach running around in the basement level. On top of that, our air conditioner went and the street that is 5 feet away from the bed is very busy with cars racing past in the middle of the night. The rooftop view is amazing but another issue is that we never saw anyone working there. I would suggest that they not make the basement room available for stay and that they should have someone working there at least throughout the day.

  Beautifully furnished

  Apartment Alexander is beautifully furnished, comfortable, well equipped, spacious and well maintained. The lift which delivers you right into your apartment is brilliant. However the lack of outside space is a problem, the small balcony overlooks the back of neighbouring buildings where air conditioning units are noisy and, at times, smelly. The roof terrace is lovely but is two floors above. It sometimes felt like troglodyte accommodation. The bed could have been better. We rarely saw anyone in reception but the charming cleaner was very helpful.

  Fabulous apartment, great location

  We stayed in the Wilhelmina Penthouse. This has two double rooms, but also a lot of further space - a good size kitchen / living / dining room, a den with TV, and a terrace overlooking the harbour. It felt very roomy for our family of four. We only did limited cooking, but the kitchen is well equipped. There is also access to plenty of shared space. Next door to Willhelmina is a large kitchen and dining area (empty throughout our stay) with access to a further rooftop terrace. In the basement there is a respectable gym including a sauna, though we couldn't figure out how to make this work. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to all the key sites of Valletta. A good supermarket is nearby in the basement of the Food Market. As others have noted, you only occasionally see staff - this is closer to a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. That said, the staff we did see (or emailed) were helpful. Our after-midnight arrival was no problem.
