  demasiado fuera del circuito turistico

  Este hotel esta ubicado muy lejos del circuito turistico y toma entre 30 y 45 minutos o mas llegar, el desayuno en muy bueno, pero tuve la mala suerte ademas de que en el piso que me aloje estaba en contruccion y por la noche totalmente a oscuras con materiales de construccion tirados por los pasillo que no lo hacian agradable

  Terrible experience!

  What a complete disappointment during the whole stay. I was wondering when was the last time the housekeeper clean the room. Very dusty from till I need to personally wipe off the dust on the cabinet, wiping the glass, cleaning the mugs, kettle at the kitchen area and many more. They don't change the bed sheets, i pulled out the pillow case and there are multiple pillow cases under it. I pretty sure they never change the linen at all. Smelly bed, room and the linens as well was very dirty. The kettle that i used was broken, lucky I'm still alive from the electric shock. Waiting 1 hour for them to replace it. They only provide 1 air-con remote control in that room, (I was staying at the suite which living area and the room is separate). Water tap was leaking, and the amenities provided was only for 1 person! They only provide 1 toothbrush kit while other hotel will provide at least two for a standard room. And for this suite room, they only giving us 1! Used toilet roll and tissue box, and cigarettes butts everywhere at the balcony. Very poor service! I just can't stop thinking when was the last time did the housekeeper clean the room. And is there nobody to check whether the room is ready to be released or not. With the defects here and there, dusty all over the room and unchanged linens. Very disappointed. Total disappointment.

  4 star Hotel 0 star service staffs

  1) We checked in on the 10th for my brother's wedding dinner which is on the 11th at the hotel function room. Requested for a late check out and was informed we'll be charged even though we're having a major function there. 2) was greeted by a sour face front desk personnel who doesn't seem to be too happy to see us there. 3) boiled water was yellowish. Wife went down to inform the same sour faced personnel and said person replied "oh you want more mineral water". No we don't want more mineral water. We want safe, clean water to drink. A maintenance staff then came to check and found out the discoloration was due to the kettle. Was then asked to call housekeeping if we want it replaced. 4) took a shuttle to ioi City mall for some light shopping and lunch. Was only informed when we reached ioi city mall that there's no shuttle till 4pm. Driver then asked us to call hotel to arrange for a shuttle for return trip. We called the hotel only to be informed no shuttle was available and were left with no choice but to walk back, crossing 3 lane busy speedways. Was only informed they'll arrange for another van to fetch us when we've already gone halfway back. This is not the way to treat your guests. Especially when we have a function there.

  Poor service & room run down

  Room 317 was not ready for stay no proper ammenities .Bathroom condition poor.To make things worst the hotel DM was not helpful at all.i was so frustrated checked out the same day . They also refused to on the aircon at the section i was trying to hv my late lunch..part of the cost optimisation.

  Value for money

  It was a great property when I first visited maybe 8 years ago. The facilities are rundown and not well maintained. Close to the ioi city mall, about 5 minutes walking distance. Shuttle service was not available. The room offer big single bed and maybe can fit in 2 for average size people. Free carpark but not shattered. The room rate was really affordable in view of the great location and room size.
