  Fantástico hotel

  Un hotel extraordinario con un excelente programa de todo incluido. Encontré muchos clientes rusos, incluyendo pequeñas cantidades de británicos, alemanes y holandeses. Aunque no es una playa arenosa, es preciosa, así que no importa. No se lo recomendaría a las familias, es mejor para parejas o grupos de adultos.

  First time in Turkey

  What I would like to point out is the gorgeous location of the hotel and the extremely helpful people at the hotel. As it was our fist time in Turkey we were a bit anxious about our choice. We booked this hotel because we were glad to read that the personnel speak French and the cuisine will have some French touch as well. Although we hardly met anyone speaking French we were more than happy with the surrounding kindness. The strongest point of this hotel are the amazing people who work there for satisfying all the guests needs and even beyond. Cengiz is extremely attentive, polite, friendly, funny, full of recommendations and of course, highly professional. He made our holiday unforgettable with all his efforts and genuine kindness. Our table and service was always beyond perfect, not to mention the lovely decorations. Following his recommendations was a great idea, we spent our time packed with valuable trips and amazing experiences. The chef and the kid s chef are extremely professional and kind as well. We were spoilt with their extra care, not to mention that as I eat gluten free the kid s chef did special effort and extra attentiveness to me for having an enjoyable gluten free holiday. I highly appreciated their extreme attention. Last but not least, Özgür was entertaining us each day with funny activities, stories, organised great concerts and shows which really made our holiday memorable. He put so much effort in pleasing everyone that it s absolutely visible that his job is his passion. He likes people and likes see them happy. If people are happy around him, he is happy as well. A big thank you for all of you for making our holiday such a memorable time, full of details, nice food, nice setting, organic wine, trip ideas, concerts, shows and a lot of fun.   Hotel closed, no refunds, no communication

  I appreciate these are incredibly difficult times for anyone in tourism. When the hotel emailed me a month before my scheduled holiday to inform me that they would not open in time, I understood. They offered an alternative hotel that I turned down because it didn't meet my needs. Four weeks later and many emails from me, but no response from the hotel about a refund or any further arrangements. Pretty poor service, Paloma Foresta!

  The most incredible all inclusive holiday

  Our best holiday to date! Booked via Thomas Cook back in April 2017. On arrival we were upgraded and taken to our accommodation by golf buggy - amazing! Shown to our room and luggage taken up too. Room was stunning, modern, clean, bright and airy. 3 of us in our twenties so had a double room and a sofa bed. Lovely balcony and mini bar was stocked daily. The staff were incredible - they learnt your drink order and had it ready and waiting. Loved that it was table service in all the bars, restaurants and even by the pool. high quality drinks and cocktails available 24 hours - amazing! The dining scene was incredible, plenty of a-la-carte restaurants meaning we didn't have a single dinner in the buffet! The steak and mexican were our favourite, Breakfast buffet was great, and we soon learnt lunch we had at the beach front. Pools were great, entertainment was okay - slightly out of season so low key. The beach was great too. An incredible holiday that set the bar high and hasn't been beaten since!

  Oasis in March

  We travelled at the start of March, just before COVID-19 really hit. We wanted to write a more extensive review earlier but with the COVID-chaos didn't get round to it. What can we say about this hotel? To sum it up; absolutely perfect in every way! Every staff member without exception was extremely friendly, highly professional and thoroughly competent. Every issue, need, or request was dealt with immediately, and with the highest level of care and skill. There was food available at pretty much all hours of the day, and yet was reliably delicious and highly varied. There was something for everyone- from sumptuous treats to healthy fresh food and salads. Moreover the entertainment and the effort the hotel goes to make guests feel comfortable was the best I have ever experienced. Flowers and bespoke cocktails for women day- despite the hotel clearly not being at full capacity as it's a non-peak time to visit. The rooms were IMMACULATE, stylishly designed and adequately large. As for the view? Stunning; beach, forest, mountains...WOW. Also worthy of note, we were a same-sex couple (two women) and this can sometimes prove complicated when we travel (both in and out of Europe)- this however was not an issue at all. The staff treated us like any other guests and remained professional throughout- as it should be but sadly has not always has been the case. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone- families, couples, friends or even solo. We cannot express how thrilled we were with the entire experience from start to finish. Thank you again to the whole team for making our trip so special and we look forward to visiting again in March (hopefully)! :)
