Reciente modernización y excelente relación calidad-precio
Sidari Holiday Village. 1º Nuevos propietarios y 2º la mayoría de los visitantes eran ingleses y unos pocos polacos. (No había ningún holandes según se decía en informes anteriores) 3º han retocado el lugar. 4º Excelente equipo de "animación", con entretenimiento variado por el día y por la noche, y así todos los días. 5º Por 3 adultos pagué, a través de OT.Beach.com menos de 1300 euros, pero algunos pagaron casi 2500 por lo mismo, a través de Thomas Cook o Panorama. La diferencia con los otros es que te reciben con una reunión para intentar venderte viajes, pero por ese margen de precio merece la pena soportarlo. ¡Tu decides! Vuelo: Fuimos con Easyjet, con un retraso de media hora, no fue ideal pues ni siquiera teníamos asignados asientos. Aeropuerto de llegada: como no fue a través de una tour operadora, nos enviaron todos los detalles de las vacaciones y los vales por correo electrónico. Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto de Sidari, nos dirigimos al mostrador de Holidays 4 U donde nos dieron los vales y enseguida nos subimos a un autocar de 56 plazas que hacía dos paradas. Sólo había 8 personas, 7 de los cuales se hospedaban en el Sidari Holiday Village. Hotel: Llegamos a la una de la mañana, cuando nos dieron otro vale para el alojamiento y las llaves, además de un mando a distancia para la televisión y el equipo de aire acondicionado que sólo funcionaba cuando se cerraba la puerta. Nos recogía, a nosotros y nuestras maletas, un micobus que nos llevaba hasta el bloque 15 (el tercer mejor bloque del complejo). La Pendiente: Todos los bloques de alojamientos del 3 al 15 tienen vistas del mar pero se encuentran en la misma cima de una pendiente muy larga, aunque existe un salvador en forma de microbus que circula todo el día hasta la media noche. Pese a que dice circular cada 15 minutos, lo hace tan pronto alguien lo quiere, además es gratuito. Bloques del Hotel: la mitad de los bloques están a nivel de calle, junto a la piscina, el número 15 es el más próximo a la cima de la cuesta, el 14 está justo detrás y así desde el 13 hasta el 3. Habitaciones: cuentan con kitchenette, cuarto de baño con ducha (cuyo dispersor y tamaño no son los mejores pero adecuados para una ducha). Las camas son un poco duras, de hecho son dos camas individuales que han arrimado una junto a la otra. También cuenta con televisión con canales vía satélite y entresuelo al que se accede por unas escaleras, con otras 2 o 3 camas para los niños. En suma, todo es perfecto para las pocas horas que pasas allí durmiendo. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Comida: todo estilo bufé que, aunque no es el mejor paquete de "todo incluido", estaba bien. El desayuno estaba compuesto de todo inglés (al bacón le faltaba un toque), huevos revueltos o fritos, salchichas (Frankfurt), champiñones (salados y de lata) y tomates (frescos). Zumos de fruta (mezclados con agua), cereal, fiambre etc. Almuerzo compuesto de ensaladas griegas y varios platos calientes. La cena era más de lo mismo. Si quieres comer tarta, puré y alubias, este lugar no es adecuado para ti, pero si buscas un paquete de "todo incluido" con una buena relación calidad-precio, te va a gustar. Piscina. excelente y limpieza todas las mañanas, con bastantes hamacas. Bajé a desayunar a las 8 de la mañana, después fui a la piscina y conseguí una hamaca sin problemas, aunque no sé si en temporada alta ocurrirá lo mismo porque yo me alojé allí entre mayo y junio. Bar de la piscina: por el día te dan vasos de plástico para las bebidas. Puedes tomar cerveza (Lowenbrau), ginebra, vodka, whisky, shnapps, ouzo, todo ello producido en la zona. Te ofrecen pizza y canapés de queso como tentempiés durante el día. Por la noche, nos daban copas, aunque las dos bebidas por visita que te dan en el bar eran algunas veces ridículas, especialmente cuando no había nadie en el bar Por ello, lo que hacía es llevármelas y volver para que me dieran otras dos bebidas. Ten en cuenta que el "todo incluido" finaliza a las 11 de la noche, a partir de entonces todo está muerto. Aparentemente, todo el mundo se levanta unos 15 minutos antes para perdirse un montón de bebida que le dure otra media hora. Entretenimiento: el del día es excelente porque el nuevo equipo es buenísimo con los niños y con la gestión de la piscina, además organizan juegos de dardos, pintura, adivinanzas, voleibol, waterpolo, etc. Por la noche realizan 2 o 3 cabarets completos a lo largo de los 15 días, pero otras noches ofrecen alternativamente Mr&Mrs, bingo, lucky13 etc. Todo esto acaba a las 11 de la noche, entonces te animan a que visites el bar CAmelot (que no forma parte del paquete de todo incluido) pero te ofrecen la "happy hour" desde las 11 hasta media noche (todo a mitad de precio, por ejemplo 4,50 euros por 2 cócteles). El alojamiento está a 10 minutos de la playa; la calle principal está llena de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. El bar Bed y el restaurante griego, que son de visita obligada, están justo carretera arriba. Cenamos 7 personas, con bebida y tres platos, incluyendo la rotura de platos (típico en Grecia), baile toda la noche y nos costó todo 100 euros. Merece la pena visitarlo porque el Siadri ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio aunque sería mejor si la conversión del euro fuera más rentable.

Last minute holiday
Upon arrival at 10.30 pm, we were greeted by welcoming friendly reception staff. Unfortunately, no food or snacks available but all inclusive drinks were available until 11 pm. The rooms are basic and a little tired and due for redecoration and were cleaned everday and towels and beds changed every 2 days. However, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom again needed updating, which we were told would commence after end of season. Steep hill to rooms, sometimes we walked up. Most time we got on the buggy. Nikolas the buggy driver is a delight, helped us practice our very limited Greek and always a pleasure to chat too. The pool was large a little cold (to be expected in October). Attended by a life guard and always plenty of sun beds and umberellas. The pool bar was open from 10 am til 1 am. All inclusive drinks finished at 11pm. Tried most of the cocktails, soft drinks and beer and were adequate. Yes alot of plastic cups used but glass should not be permitted around pool areas anyway. No snacks served as stated though. We had a couple of rain days where the pool bar was shut and moved to the roof top bar. This was a little damp smelling, obviously not used much. Dining room was very clean and hosted by many waiters and waitresses, who worked hard to keep tables clean and constantly restocking food items. Breakfast was a little repetitive. Lunch and dinner, there was alot of choice and you must be very fussy not to find anything. We always came out with a satisfied full tummy. We enjoyed all food served. Entertainment was watchable especially the Rock.of ages show, all the team work tiressly with the dance routines. We tried to play tennis, but equipment needs replacing, we gave it a go. Overall majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. No one can help nature, so the wasps and mosquitoes cant be blamed on the hotel. I feel i have given a fair review and can honestly say some of the bad reviews are too harsh and unfair.

Simply lovely
Visited in the last week of the season with my husband and 2 boys 14 and 11. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Towels changed if needed every day if not every other day with the beds. The bathroom needed a lick of paint and a few items repaired but what do your expect at the end of a busy season. Staff were helpful and couldn't do enough for us, very attentive. The food was beautiful, always a good selection and fresh. We were the very last guests of 2019 not being picked up till 6.30pm and even though they were closing down, let us use the facilities right up to getting on the bus. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Location was brilliant right in the heart if Sidari. The girls from the entertainment did an amazing job for the depleting numbers each night, playing games, quizzes and bingo to which my boys throughly enjoyed. We had a fantastic holiday Thank you all at Panorama Hotel we hope to return. The Morgan Family xx

Decent all inclusive hotel let down by the drinks package
The Panorama Hotel in Sidari, Corfu is set in pleasant surroundings on a hillside overlooking the town and across the bay to the Albanian mountains. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a few typically Greek quirky touches such as the toilet roll dispenser located in the shower cubicle! As an All Inclusive establishment the standard of food is good, well presented and tasty with a fair amount of variety. However the drinks package is very basic and who wants to have their evening wine or beer from a single use plastic cup? If the manager is about beware as you will only be served a miniscule measure too !!! So there is the need to constantly queue for a re-fill in order to end up with a decent sized drink. REDICULOUS on an all inclusive. The contrast between the restaurant and bar staff is also apparent. The former being cheerful, helpful and polite the latter being gloomy and sullen. Reception is well run and the large pool and areas around are clean and tidy. Having the mini fridge and kettle in the room was a bonus and very useful. If you like Butlins style entertainment then you will be happy, otherwise stay elsewhere as it is in your face often during most of the day and evenings. Best quiet time to enjoy a swim and drinks by the pool is 4.30-7pm. Best part of being all inclusive is wearing the wrist band in town as the restaurant and bar touts don't pester you! Panorama is 3* which is the correct rating so don't expect anything more.

Good weeks holiday
We stayed the first week of October, originally allocated a room in block 12 up the hill which I didn't fancy - the view was amazing though. Changed without any fuss to block 2. The staff were good. Rooms basic but clean beds and pillows not very comfy but not an issue. The food was really tasty with decent choices, only 2 coffee machines with one not working fully I'm not sure how the restaurant would cope in high season. Drinks were fine, would be good if the hotel could change to reusable plastic glasses. Evening entertainment was good, a bit quiet in the day as it was late season but the girls were always around and doing what they could. Nice pool area, no issue with getting sun beds. Sidari is not a huge resort but had lots of restaurants around. All in all was more than happy with the hotel for what we paid and would return
