  Horrible, horrible

  We was there for a week for summer holliday and was shocked at the poor quality of the room. The beds were hard as rock since there seems to be no mattress at all, the pillows are small and flat and then there is a thin sheet as a comforter. The bathroom was extremely small, with a shower so tiny that it was almost impossible to move inside of it without bumbi g arms snd legs into the walls. Room service was also bad as the cleaning lady usually came knocking around 8.30 in the morning. Bedsheets was not changed at all during the week, neither rhe coffe mugs or spons. But the absolute worst was the horrible breakfast, hosted by the «Attica» restaurant dry, white bread , som sort of dry cake, over cooked eggs that had turned grey inside, scrambled eggs which had pieces of egg shell two days in a row, and to types of fruit to choose from. Sll the food is presented dull, on steel plates with no garnish og anything ro make it look a bit nice at least. Cofee was undrinkable; a thic black pulp that reminded more of miquid asfalt and smelled awful. Horrible week with bad sleep and starvation- its safe to say that we will never come back here.

  Scam or appalling service!!!!

  The day before travelling we have just received a message saying btw we are closing doors have a great day! What?!!! No contact from hotel they still have our money?!!! Appalling in every way so far! Still no contact! Don't book!!!!!!

  A nice holiday

  The hotel is very conveniently situated - 50 m to the beach and a walking distance to the Old Nessebar- 20 minutes walking on the promenade near the sea. The apartment was roomy, well constructed with a lot of storage spaces. The balcony was facing the gard but we also had a side sea view. We had the chance to watch the sun raising each morning from our balcony. In the bathroom the shower was a little cramped and it did not have anything to place your shampoo or soap. We had the boiler everybody was talking about but it was enough for 3 adults. We had plenty of hot water to shower. The mattress was very comfortable. We had a very good night sleep. The towels were changed on daily basis and the linen was changed on our forth day of staying. The cleaning lady made some nice figures out of our towels. The elevator was handy when we carry the luggage, in rest we did not really use it because we were at 3rd floor- actually 2nd from the ground. The underground parking was not free but it was a bonus- the car did not stay in the sun all day. The elevator was going until near this parking. Breakfast was at Attica restaurant- it was very good, fresh, nothing fancy. We had cheese, ham, hot dogs, eggs, omelette, patisseries, French toast, water melon. The coffee was very good. Swimming pool was very refreshing. It is true - the sun does not hit it due to its position so the water is not warm, but it is good for swimming when is hot outside. The beach was very close- there was a free beach with shallow water and nice soft sands. The bus station for Nessebar old town was acrossed the street, besides Festa Panorama hotel. The receptionists speak very good English and they were willing to help you anytime you wanted to.

  Great experience

  Very impressed with this hotel, the reception service was excellent, the rooms were good, the cleaning service of a high standard and the location was perfect. All of the staff were helpful and did their best to understand us and our requests.
