  A mí y a mi familia nos ha encantado la estancia en este Hotel. Si vuelvo será, otra vez, mi alojamiento. La atención muy exquisita. Los desayunos, tipo buffet, muy abundantes y de gran variedad y calidad. También muy céntrico. El precio muy bueno también. Una última cosa : desde mi punto de vista, recomiendo no ir a Taiwán en época veraniega. Mucho calor y demasiada humedad. Saludos.

  Total lack of empathy & Customer Service

  Maybe its plain bad luck on my part or maybe the hotel had too many good reviews. I have never written a less than positive review but this is one time that I will. I just checked in with a party of 8 including an elderly and 3 kids (3+,7 and 8+) for 5 nights. At check-in, I asked if I can exchange two of my double rooms I had 3 rooms reserved in total) for a family double as there was no connecting room concept at the hotel and my youngest was sick and needed additional attention from his parents. I was met with a quick rebuff citing room unavailability and was told I also had to cancel my room booking which obviously will incite further charges and to pay a top-up to upgrade. I just checked Agoda, two double rooms were already more expensive than a family double room so I cannot understand why it constitutes an upgrade! It was totally zero empathy from the unsmiling lady at the counter who was unwilling to go the extra mile to offer me a more palatable solution. To make the experience further less than satisfactory, my extended family had arrived after almost a week of criss-crossing Taiwan and obviously had many luggages given our large group. Guess what? Not a single one was there to render help post check-in. This was my fourth hotel on my 11 day Taiwan trip and the first time no help was rendered. What a shame given the Taiwanese people have been known to be very helpful, hospitable and guests! This aside, rooms are otherwise satisfactory and decently sized.

  Does the job

  It does the job. Standard Hotel with standard room. Good quality but nothing special. Breakfast could be better though. Aske for a room on the back side of the hotel, not on the main front street to be really quiet. Central location.

  Small but Comfy bed

  Nice location with local food and boba drink around . 10 min walk to the nearby mall and train station. Polite & friendly staff. Definitely will back again :) the only things is Breakfast not so much choices maybe can improve in the future .

  Clogged bath tub at Room 603

  This is my first time to visit Taichung and also my first time to stay in this hotel with a good friend.Her son recommended us this hotel because the location is good. I was so excited to spend my over night stay here but I was so disappointed that our toilet smell awful. it smells like somebody has just smoked even it says in the card key, it was a non-smoking room and the worst part was the bath tub was clogged. i cannot complain because I was all wet already but my friend did complain and she was given a room at 507 just to take a bath. Why didn't the hotel give us Room 507 instead of Room 603 in the first place?. It was a bad experience for ME. Do you think I will recommend your hotel to my friends?
