  Fab

  Fab hotel, lovely breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Bus stop right outside hotel. Only slight problem was there were no toiletries in the bathroom, but apart from that the room was great, comfy bed, clean, modern. Would definitely use the hotel again when we visit our friends.

  Great hotel & great service

  This hotel and it's employees was a super experience. We only stayed one night, but will for sure come back. The rooms was nice and clean, There Where a minibar, coffee, water, etc. Breakfast was super, with eggs in all valurs. Parking for the car, all in all a great hotel, and we'll for sure be back.   Good

  I stayed for two nights. The staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast is amazing with lots of options and I guess that was the best part! The bed was comfortable and the room was very well equipped. Just one thing to improve, the heating system of my room wasn't working properly, so it was quite cold. That was the only problem, otherwise it would have been perfect.

  Decent hotel for short stay

  4 night stay in a junior suite for a competition. Clean and most areas modern. Pub and restaurant on site with free parking. Minimal leisure facilities for a four star hotel but an old fashioned bowling alley to use for entertainment. Check in easy with helpful staff. Breakfast taken once which was excellent with lots of choice and pub food was very good although service a bit slow. Junior suite was lovely. Large with sitting area, whirlpool bath and balcony. One excellent facility was the DVD library which was free of charge and enabled us to watch English movies. Hardly any restaurants in the local area so unless you are out all day or have transport you are quite limited to using the hotel to eat. Also although there is public transport a car made it much easier especially as we were at the movie park in Bottrop all weekend.

  Cosy and welcoming hotel!

  I booked this hotel because the closeness to a football hall we needed to be in. It was after all not that close to the hall but it did not matter after all when you have a car. It is located in a quite area. We did not hear any noise from outside. The junior suite was very spacious and had a bubble bad which was really appreciated. What it was less appreciated was the fact that the heating is centrally controlled. We could not turn it off or at least adjust it to our needs. We opened the terras door and closed a bid the electric blinds as light was coming in and we wanted to have no light no disturb our resting time. We were restless. The rooms after all we did was still too warm. The room does not offer toiletries. I always take that with me but I supposed I had that at disposal considering a junior suite was booked. Next time bring all you can with you. Breakfast was nice at the hotel. Staff was really friendly and attentive. The same experience we had at the pub the day we arrived. Big thumbs up for the friendly pub waitresses! We had fun and my steak was great!
