  Inability to Accommodate guest is not customer's fault

  There are some good reviews, and it made me to go there for lunch with great look out view. It is busy season. I understand that. However just because it is busy season doesn't mean you can your customer to eat somewhere else. I went there with my group of friends. I made reservation at 9 in the morning to insure my seat at the restaurant. When I got there at 12pm on time for my promise time they told us to seat next to a gigantic speaker with live musician playing just inches away from us. I have been to live music restaurants before. But trust me... it was so close I can put my food plate on musicians piano if I wanted. I strongly disagreed to seat there and demanded another seat. But the staff were giving me this..."Just seat your god damn table where we told you to" and told us in anger.. "we are busy if you want..go eat outside" pretty much telling us to leave. I told them at least you could have informed us about the seat when I text them to reserve. They even replied in text! So its not like they don't have my local number to tell. Because its not just us who would not wanting to seat next to a speaker with loud live music happening just inches away later when we sat at the new table there people who disagreeing to take a seat there too! Also people come here to eat with nice view not to be next to a speaker with loud music. They clearly don't understand the real purpose of people visiting their restaurant. They didn't have much to say and arranged us to different table. But from there.. we were their enemy for the rest of the stay. They just have the look on their face. Anger. Next to our new table there is a tower of plates with left over food and flies are having a great party. While I wait for the food I had a look around of what is happening. There were nearly 25 people eating at the time and more coming. There were 6 staff serving (excluding the people making food ) From then I realized that the lack of staff is clear. I understand they are upset and tired due to the busy season trying to do their job with few staff members. But was it us (Guest) fault for inability to accommodate guest? I came here in peace. And I get told to go eat somewhere else after clearly making mistake to serve us. For me. This was one of the worst customer service restaurant I ever seen in entire Cebu. Even Joliebee has better customer service and Jolliebee doesn't cost as much as this restaurant. If the staff cannot control their anger just because they are "busy" they are unprofessional. Inability to handle busy season is also lack of professionalism. Don't get mad at the customers who make reasonable request.

  They offer the one of the best services, theie staffs are very friendly, not to mention their place is just so relaxing because its located on top of the hill and room rates are just affordable and before i forgot, they offer the best steaks.. Must try

  restaurant service and great food

  Relax and very efficient service very nice and clean place Great restaurant food Wonderful place where you can admire views of the mountains or ocean view Equipped with a swimming pool with clean water and a relaxing massage

  Honeymoon Haven!

  This was a wonderful place to just relax and simply escape! As newlyweds, we wanted a quiet escape with terrific views and Bodos hit the spot! Friendly staff, delicious food... can't say enough good things about this Resort.

  Owner is very arrogant and very anti American

  Not worth the stay. Many many other resorts to chose from. Hamburger was the size of a US silver dollar. Probably less that two inches around. burger was about as thick as a piece of cardboard. Owner is very arrogant and very anti American. He was even having a play in the court yard that was putting down the US. Funny thing is I was the only guest and am from the US
