  hotel nuevo y barato

  hotel nuevo ,habitaciones limpias y grandes,piscina tranquila ,ideal para dormir si estas todo el dia fuera del hotel ,servicio bueno ,no tiene desayuno pero tienes muchos sitios cerca para comer y el malin plaza ,un 7/11 y family mart a 20 metros

  Friendly staff and good location

  Very good room service as the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Staff very friendly and spoke good English, they were also very helpful. The pool is lovely and very clean. Location of the hotel is also good as it is a short walk from Patong beach and not far from the centre of Patong, Bangla night walk, and Jung Ceylon shopping mall. Overall this is a good hotel close to all amenities and very comfortable.

  Princess Patong Hotel Phuket

  First of all the 5 min walk to the beach will have to be an absolute sprint. More like 20 but that's not a complaint. Just a correction. First night here and there's good and bad to mention. Nice room BUT fridge doesn't work, safe is locked and no instructions to open, no hot water, aircon doesn't make cold and is making an unbearable noise, shower floods when we try to shower (cold). Ok so it's the next morning and we just had the hotel reception lady up here. I complained and she said all they can attend to is the aircon issue. I raised my concern about having people from outside the hotel in my room. Just to be told they will be here in an hour so i can wait here and then stay in the room while they repair. So i now have to stay in a boiling hot hotel room for the next 3 hours. Oh and please see the picture of the balcony and compare it to the image they create on the website. Apparently now i can speak to the hotel manager but only at 11. Thats 3 hours from now. So i have spend half a day at the hotel trying to get a decent room or she tells me i can simply check out. This is one place that will NEVER see me again

  3rd time a charm

  This was the 3rd time I stayed at this location and I always have a great stay here. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Great staff and the manager Fabio, is always on site. Great guy and I always there to give advice!

  Great hotel

  This hotel is ideal for groups. The hotel has a great rooftop pool. The hotel is easy to find and has a lot of activities near by and markets and bars etc. The hotel is very clean. It has good amenities such as a bar and you can also rent bikes from here. Not to forget theres a seven11 around the corner!
