  Nice property with many amenities.

  This property is right on a creek and has good views of the golf course. Comfortable and well equipped condos. I saw four elk just walking on the golf course which was a real treat. Since the restaurants and bars were closed because of COVID-19 it was nice to have great scenery.

  Beautiful and Peaceful!

  We loved our stay! I was hesitant with some of the reviews, but so glad I didn't go by some of the bad reviews! I don't agree with some of the reviews that were not so positive! This place is very pleasant and well maintained! Yes they are older units but have been upgraded. The golf course is fantastic and fun to play! The grounds are very pretty with all the flowers! The creek running across the parking area is wonderful, you open your windows in the bedroom and can listen to the creek! Yes this is not a big busy city, but that's what we liked about it! It's not like Gatlinburg with all the crazy traffic! The restaurants that were open due to covid that we went too were all great! Wish all the restaurants were open but understand why they weren't. The little town of Waynesville is so cute with all the little shops and restaurants. If you want the nightlife busy kind of town, this is not it. But if you want quiet quaint and peaceful this is the place for you! There are two major grocery stores in waynesville (publix and Ingles) that are only a short drive too if you like to cook at your unit! They have charcoal grills available, so recommend if you don't like that to bring your own little gas grill! We would like return and stay here again!

  Our unit at Peppertree Maggie Valley was great. The unit was remarkably clean. Only upgrades could be with the kitchen utensils and the bed mattresses. Would recommend this resort due to its location, amenities, and very helpful staff.

  Great location

  A very good location (on a golf course) and a large unit. Some of the furniture and bed linens are tired and should be updated. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen was well stocked and very usable. Bathrooms were large.

  Lovely get away.

  This resort was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, safe, and a great location from which to explore the area. We do not golf, but we watched visitors enjoying the on site course. We enjoyed several scenic drives on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Cherokee and Gatlinburg were easy trips. We also watched skiers on the slopes nearby. Buttered Biscuit gave us one of the best breakfasts weve had in a long time and the crockery drums at the Different Drummer studio were very special and unique.
