  Nice Place, Great Owners

  We stayed at this place for one night during one of my business trips. I chose this place as it was close to the outlet mall and also close to my meeting location. This place does not have a 24hr reception which was very clear while booking. I was driving from Rome and arrived much later than I expected, and got lost. One call to Paolo (owner) and he came at 3:00AM to find us. Super. This place can get difficult to find at night. He showed us our room which was super. Neat, clean and well done up. The following day at breakfast he was fresh as ever. Although we could not spend much time at the property, it would be nice if we could go back and enjoy the pool and the views, and of-course the warm hospitality from Paolo.

  Very nice and relaxing place to stay

  This place is a gem in the middle of Tuscany. It is situated a little above the village of Barberino and you will your car to visit places. The agriturismo has a little restaurant in which you can eat dinner. The food is good but a little overrated. The location is perfect, not far from the motorway but not noisy at all. It is in the middle of the countryside, calm and relaxing. The outdoor area with the swimming pool is great, nice place to relax in the afternoon! The rooms, all with private bathroom and aircon, were a good size and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well furnished with plenty of homemade cakes and pastries, as well as fresh fruit. I wold definitely recommend this place and would go back if I could.

  Tranquil time for a great local tuscan dinner and stay

  Arrived middle of the afternoon. You just park the car in the woods right in front of this place. Bedrooms are spacious enough. Be careful that they are on the second floor so you need to climb the stairs. If you have big luggage it is not so convenient. Ask for help. Owner is very friendly. You will be served a great dinner, lots of local dishes to choose from. Go for some great cheese and some local handmade pasta as well as some BBQ steaks (the best in Tuscany). Wifi was very weak in the room where we stayed. My little son (7 months) has fun time using his walker around. Scenery is awesome in the morning, animals and birds flying around. Very picturesque.

  Nice

  If you want to have a lovely day at shopping and after that to have a nice rest and a good dinner in the middle of tuscan hills ,that is the place! Good food , good wine and nice views both in the evening and early in the morning!

  Nice but...

  Perfect place for a longer stay when you visit Florenzia (museums, etc). Good escape from crowds, heat and smog... if there is a heat. We came here with a spring freeze and found room cool and you could hardly warm it up. Rain did't give us a pleasure of garden facilities and views. The rest OK. Nice and friendly. Be careful of GPS, don't trust the directions it suggests, you can easily lost your way - Poggio is no easy drop in hotel.
