  Good breakfast, clean rooms. Poor structure, showers did not work when needed, they turn on and off heating system at their own convenience, if you get the front rooms you will hear the street noises and also there is a device, probably the water pump like a blender above your room the whole night or until you complain at the front desk. Also I made my reservation via booking.com and to my surprise when I got to the hotel I was told they don't take any credit or debit cards. Only cash or check. Bad experience.

  Villa Vecchia is a very clean and nice place to stay in Serra Gaúcha in Southern Brazil anytime of the year. On high Season which is Fall and Winter all the major big hotels are full of tourists that come over to enjoy this European part of the southern mountains inhabited by Germans and Italians. The good choice is to stay in a cozy place like this. Pousada Villa Vecchia is a few blocks from the famous stone Cathedral downtown Canela. Breakfast is included.

  Good location and service

  A very nice place, just a few steps from the bus station, good breakfast, quiet neighbourhood, very close to Caxias do Sul university campus, and great staff. Excellent for both business or vacation trips.
