  Old but still nice hotel

  Its out of the way but near their local subways. Its a bit old but rooms are still good. Got a corner high floor. Its convenient to walk to the main areas, plenty of convenient stores around. Walking distances to restaurants, 5-10mins+. The staff are friendly and helpful as best as they can, service with a smile.

  Very comfortable stay in family suite room with fantastic views

  Situated right by the park yet without a park view from our room. Still, the view we had of the mountains towards Otaru was great. The room was in very good condition and very comfortable with 2 sleeping areas fitting a total of 4 single beds. We liked the hotel so much that we extended another night and cancelled our stop in Asahikawa (too early to experience the blooming season around Biei). Easy to walk to the metro station or just simply walk all the way to Odori park. Loved it, would do it again.

  Elegant hotel in a classy area

  I loved staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Quality, comfy bedding and very quiet. The bathroom is out of this world! There is a big dry powder room leading into the large bathroom within. The beautiful view of the park is worth paying a little extra. Generous complimentary additions like coffee machine, quality toiletries and in-room amenities makes the experience top class. Service was excellent, warm greetings every time we walk past. Bellboy service is waiting at the driveway. Staff are helpful, approachable, converses in good English and gives you pointers to get around. Easy walk to the subway and it's actually walkable to Susukino (20 mins). Very reasonable parking fee. We paid ¥1000 for 3 days 2 nights parking. A few misses: They need to provide firmer pillows. The blackout curtains are a joke as there is light seepage from all sides, it's cut too small and there is no pelmet.

  Captivating Autumn View

  PROS_The hotel has a very commanding view of the entire Nakajima Park (rated as on of the best parks to see in Autumn). You can meander around the park the whole day. It has very quiet neighborhood and just meters away are 2 subway stations for easy access to the city. Susukino is nearby where you can find a variety of restaurants. CONS_Limited food choices specially for those on a budget. Its quite an old hotel but its maintained to a certain acceptable degree. It has less than 10 rooms per floor so its relatively quiet. Basic amenities were provided, nothing fancy. Pillows were a bit flimsy and air con doesnt cool the room that well. They dont vacuum regularly so the old carpets are a bit dusty as well. Sheets are replaced regularly. Overall stay was ok, will come back in the same vicinity but might look for other hotels with same vantage point.

  Christmas vacation

  Location of this Hotel is very convenient, Clean environment, great service and smooth check in from the front Desk,Rooms are very clean and Big Rooms with fantastic facilities, Really enjoy my Stay here with family, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Sapporo for tour,
