  Friendly staff & spotlessly clean

  We spent six nights here & it was an enjoyable experience, rooms spotlessly clean & comfy beds. All staff are friendly and helpful but Carol in the breakfast room was outstanding. Emma provided a great gluten free breakfast. Highly recommended.

  Happy

  The room was clean and quiet. Staff very helpful. The shower was really powerful. The mattress was a bit soft but thats personal preference. Good parking on site. Covid measures clearly displayed and easy to follow.

  Great Stay

  An overnight stay at a very clean, brilliantly located Premier Inn. Did not have a lot of interaction with staff, but welcome and help at reception was excellent. Room was brilliant and quality of sleep was excellent.

  Disgusted!

  The reception was disgraceful tonight!!! I was delivering food to the hotel and the reception had zero facilities to allow food to be passed to there customers safely. He wished for me to personally hand over the food to there customer risking COVID exposure for myself and there customer!!!! I placed the food on the floor for which he stated he was going to bin the food! How very professional!! I suggest you ban your customers from ordering food if your reception is going to act this way in future! I deliver to multiple hotels and this is the first time I have been made to feel like I was a second class citizen in your hotel. He then processed to phone my shop complain and ban me from all of your hotels!! Laughable with customer service like that I wouldn't step foot in one again anyways!!!

  A ray of sunshine in these dark gloomy times

  Well expectations were average for this type of hotel, we were staying for a Christening and seeing family. The receptionist on our arrival was just the most helpful and so happy, up to the room it was gleaming and the size of the bed almost allowed that 2 metre social distancing from the wife ( good or bad). Then the breakfast the lady serving it could not have done more if she had been my personal servant. All staff were happy and glad to help, we loved it. Well done Premier , just booked another for our between houses move. I would give it 6 stars if i could .Happy David Hoy X
