  Let down

  We recently visited this hotel for time during a weekend break.It started well with a warm friendly welcome at reception, we then went to the room.Both my wife and myself sleep with 2 pillows so I popped down to reception to ask for 2 more as there was only one each on the bed.We were told by reception they only had one pillow so ended up using my jacket as a pillow for myself.We have been using Premier inn for about 12 years and have never been denied a spare pillow before (good night sleep - really).Next morning I spoke to the house keeping and within 5 mins a pillow was outside our door, so either reception couldn't be bothered to find us a pillow or didn't know where they were. The room was on fairly good condition but if you get a room facing the retail park it gets noisy with car stereos and boy racers at night. Premier inn if it is your policy to only issue single pillows please state this on your website so customers have the chance to bring their own. Our reference was AAYR250339 and it would be nice to know if your policy has changed or just poor service.

  The service we received at south Bristol premier inn on hengrove park near hartcliffe Bristol was excellent the staff couldn't do enough for you and the safety they had in place for covid was excellent i would highly recommend this place to anyone the only minor issue was not enough pillows as my folks only had two weeks did ask but they didn't have any more as they were fully booked so there sleep was not the best but I had a good sleep in my room

  I am a regular guest that stays at this Hotel for work. The hotel is always clean and the staff always make sure am booked in the annex part of the building. ( I don't need to call for this) This hotel remembers regular guest and accommodates guest well. Mandy in particular on reception is the face of this hotel I feel and she is always welcoming and checks you in promptly, if you need anything Mandy makes sure its done. Pay rise deserved if Prem inn read this! Keep it up guys! Cheers Lewis

  Staff doing their best

  Friendly staff trying their absolute best during very difficult times for everyone. Well done guys and everyone please try to be nice to each other. We're ALL going through Covid-19! Try to remember that when things don't go EXACTLY as you want them to.

  As always clean room with tea & coffee very comfortable with air conditioning easy and pleasant check. There are 2 car parks with one behind the annex and one in front of the main building which is slightly confusing if you arrive when its dark but no issue. Very good PI
