  Definitely not a 5-star hotel

  We visited the hotel in July, 2019. The rooms are quite fine, the bathrooms are old and really need to be renovated, not very cleat at all. Our shower was broken as well as the door of the bathroom. Even more, we got locked so we had to call for assistance. The sheets got changed only twice for 7 nights, all were with red and brown stains (don`t even want to think about the reason behind). The beach is quite near, one minute by bus (around 300m) which is very comfortable - very long and nice beach, beach bar next to the sunbeds. Very very poor wi fi connection, almost none. No air conditioning in the corridors, very hot. The air conditioners in the rooms cannot stay ON when out, so when you comes back it is hot.The food was almost the same every day, very low quality, especially of the beverages, long queues for dinner. The beach bar offers cakes&coffee every afternoon which is waffles and very low quality ice cream only - the ice cream is limited per person so you cannot take as much as you wish. The pools are overcrowded, the sunbeds got reserved by 7:00AM so almost impossible to use them.The staff speaks only German so communication is very tough. If you do not speak German, they do not pay you attention at all. The spa includes Turkish bath and sauna only, both additionally paid. Very poor entertainment programs, in German only. All prices in Euro, in the entire Side as well so do not bring any Turkish liras. We expected much more from a 5-star hotel, I would not give more than 4-stars. The rest of the hotels around are way better with much better entertainment and service.

  Day 1 of our stay - what a dive

  Staff are super rude, the hotel doesnt look anything like the photos on here. Getting cutlery for food is an endless wait. The food has no labels on so who knows what your getting. Save your money and go elsewhere! Staff muttering under their masks because they cant understand basic polite requests, some people get table service, other people get nothing.

  Good destination for the seekers of homely atmosphere and beach time

  I spent 5 days on October 2020 in this hotel. I was rather anxious of how covid safety programs influenced the service. The hotel team did a great job securing the guests' health safety. The beach and the sea are absolutely gorgeous. The food is good and the offer is wide including fruits, fish, ixe cream etc. The rooms require may be some cosmetic refurbishment. And i wouldnt recommend the hotel to families with kids whie the hotel territory is not that big.but overall I liked it. Thanks to the team!

  Latest trip

  There is so much I can say about this hotel. Beautiful clean rooms and hotel in general... Friendly staff well mostly friendly we did experience the odd bit of ignorance mainly in lobby bar as Germans took preference. No problem getting sunbeds.. Food good always found something to eat chicken down at the beach bar was amazing. Waiters in main restaurant were worth their weight in gold so friendly and helpful. Guys on reception were fab. Entertainment naff but that's me. Will return here as loved the cleaniness

  Good place.

  The hotel is good, the rooms are not very big, but well furnished, it was clean. The restaurant strictly followed the measures to prevent disease, the food was good and the staff friendly. Wi-fi was bad.
