  Lovely guest house and lovely owners

  Stayed here for 6 nights on a recent trip to Karon beach, it's a nice clean place, spacious double bedroom, comfortable bed, the owners are very nice hospitable people, their cafe downstairs is good for coffee and light refreshments, homemade cakes, beers, soft drinks. Would stay here again if I go back to Karon

  Very nice

  Clean. Good shower. Good toilet. Comfortable bed. Big room. Great location. Reception good and helpful. Reception/cafe make the best drinks in Thailand!!! Cocktails etc. iced juice. No breakfast. Noisy at night, but it's ok. Reception can only speak Thai. Can book tours etc next door. Money exchange very easy to find. 7/11 very close. Room has a fridge and a safe box. Beach is very close. Walk easily! Can walk to Kata beach also. Taxi to Patong beach is 300-400B.

  Lovely place

  Absolutely worth a recommendation. We moved here spontaneously after we stayed two days in a not so nice hotel before. The location is great if you like to go out and stay close to the beach. The whole hotel is very clean and looks maintained pretty well. Furthermore, the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a cafe/bar with really good coffee. In the night you can hear the life music in your room, but as we were aware of that and always stayed out late this was no problem. In sum, really nice hotel for a great price.

  Superb! Excellent value for money

  This small hotel is excellent, superb! Room and bathroom was very clean, tidy, spacious room, furnitures are in excellent conditions, staff and owner very helpful and extremely kind. Location is also great, only 5 min to the beach on foot. Lots of restaurants, bars nearby. Beach towels provided every day, so you dont need to take your own with you. Bottled water is also provided every day in your room. For sure would go back again, highly recommended. WiFi works excellent in the room, as floors have different routers. Na! Thanks for the nice stay. :)

  excellent hotel with moderate prices, suitable for families

  owners very attentive to customer satisfaction, very nice and clean hotel, excellent rooms, excellent cleanliness, very nice structure with a good coffee bar and ice cream shop, certainly a good stay in the structure because the two owners put you at ease, and how to be at home with a really excellent service, I highly recommend the property since it is close to the beach in a good location, the staff very polite and courteous.
